Rolling his eyes Felix was just about to say something, when the man in front of him trembled and nodded his head towards no one in particular.

"Not here. Come inside one of the private rooms with me."

Looking towards James who obviously changed his decision due to someone else ordering him, Felix didn't say anything else and began following him while the workers took the man he had slapped away.

Entering the private rooms which were stationed on the 58th floor, Felix got straight to business.

If possible, Felix honestly didn't want to slap the manager's son and turn him hostile which would impact the transaction between them, however since he couldn't wait and needed to obtain the items he set out for as soon as possible he didn't think that there was anything else he could do in that situation.

Placing the paper on the table, Felix suddenly froze from seeing the person who opened the door and walked inside.

A Tier 6 Rune which according to its name was definitely not a weak one, there was no way that anyone would remain unaffected from knowing that they could obtain the possession of it.

"Ask him what he wants in exchange for the design."

Repeating the same words which Sheila conveyed to James using soul talk so that only he could hear her words, James obtained another piece of paper which had a list of items written on it.

"Meteor shards, heavenly lightning crystals, white obsidian, re…"

Naming the total eight ingredients which Felix lacked, James frowned and shook his head right away.

"Seeing how we haven't even appraised the rune design, there is no way we can agree to this…. Unless you can give us the ink formula as well."

Adding the second half in an awkward tone, James made it very obvious to Felix who looked towards the fox lady that was sitting more closer than ever before.
