Event 53: A rare day (1)

"Sigh ... everyone finally left" Haruta said wiping the sweat from his face as he left the kitchen looking at how all the restaurant stalls were empty.

Currently a week had passed since Erina's visit and so her stay at school was now much firmer than before, there were not many problems and she could work in peace at the Udon noodle restaurant.

Next to Haruta was Ogata the daughter of the owner of the restaurant studying in silence, Haruta was curious and approached the girl carefully looking at what he was doing "literature?" Haruta asked incredulously.

Ogata turned her head when she heard Haruta's words surprised to see him there, walking away at the same speed without changing his stoic gaze.

"You could change that expression on your face at least" Haruta said looking at the reaction of Ogata intrigued "Also the answers are quite cold, you study literature not science, you don't have to be so rational with the answers you can be flexible" said Haruta retreating to the Showers to end your work shift.

Ogata had a surprised expression upon hearing Haruta's words, he gave a look at his answers but did not understand what was wrong.

By the time Haruta finished showering his phone vibrated [I got the tickets for the number one video game event in all of japan, you must come with me to cover the note, it's my way of covering the favor you owe me] the message on Haruta's phone was sent by Yamamoto

"Ugh ..." Haruta complained but after remembering everything that his friend helped him, he could not refuse also if it is video games at least it should be fun.

When he came out of the shower with his casual clothes and a small backpack on his back, he was surprised by the view he had, Ogata was in front of the exit door with his notebook open to where Haruta was, he could only smile when he saw the action.

"Let's see what you have here" said Haruta avoiding eye contact with the orange-haired girl "Well, now I understand the situation a bit" Ryuto said with a grimace of annoyance, he soon remembered Takagi, Asuna, Erina and Kiyoko all had the same problem "common sense" Haruta said out loud.

Ogata's stoic expression upon hearing Haruta's words caused the latter to doubt the harshness of his words by stepping back unconsciously.

"I suppose you are a good student in the scientific area, correct?" Haruta asked making Ogata nod his head "So that's the reason, everything you write uses an orthodox methodology, you follow a rule and you don't let your imagination flow this is about expressing your feelings in the answer, you don't need to follow a stereotype and much less a formula "said Haruta writing under Ogata's answers what seemed correct to him.

"Is this correct?" Ogata asked doubting Haruta.

"They are not necessarily the correct answers, but rather the most correct from my perspective" Haruta's words were left behind when he continued on his way without looking back.

Without saying anything else Haruta continued on his way to his house, there was no need to take any alternate route just follow the usual path, Kiyoko had already gone home days ago so Haruta was alone again.

The garden was still neglected as was normal, for Haruta it was impossible to hire a gardener or fix the garden personally, either because of money or because of his busy schedule.

With the free time Haruta has only enough to clean one wing of the house, all the rest remains untouched, including the martial arts dojo that the house owns.

"Tomorrow I must attend the convention with Yamamoto ... well, something tedious again" said Haruta looking at his phone, lying on the sofa.

On the morning of the following day, Haruta was standing outside Yamamoto's house, a small two-story house that looked normal.

"This is all?" Haruta asked looking at how on the ground there was a large camera inside a bag while Yamamoto had a camera case and two credentials around his neck.

"Yes!" Yamamoto replied excitedly "Now we are going to record everything possible at the convention, today you will be my assistant"

"Yes yes, yes" replied Haruta, following Yamamoto from behind without letting him stray too far from him.

"That reminds me, do you know the publication date of your novel?" Yamamoto asked remembering the story of Haruta and how it was not yet on the market.

"I thought I had said it before, maybe I will forget ... in two more weeks the first volume of Mahouka will be officially released on the market" said Haruta showing an image on his phone that showed a photo of volume one.

Yamamoto took a look at the photo "Wow, I guess now you can consider yourself a writer or a novelist"

"It's still too early to use a title, this is just the beginning" Haruta said, putting the phone away "If we go to a convention I suppose that someone important will be present ..."

"Oh, if I still didn't show you the details" Yamamoto took out a small book with the hours of the convention from his pocket "Many Idols will be present this time as well as many video game studios, but at the same time there will be a special presentation expected by many players around the world, is the presentation of Kayaba Akihiko with his game Sword Art Online or SAO in short form "

"SAO where did I hear that name before?" Haruta asked holding her chin with her right hand as she remembered back.

"This is the first virtual reality video game that has full immersion, the launch has not yet been made but it is already highly anticipated, the beta testers provided many details that excited the players" Yamamoto explained everything in disorder but his excited tone prevented Haruta could correctly remember where he heard about SAO.

"Kayaba Akihiko ...." Haruta muttered
