The U.S. Government had been in power for a long time. However, it wasn't working in the interest of the people, they were forgetting about the people who elected them to office.

Ryan Washington was born on Feburary 17th, 2003 in Albany, New York, to Bill and Jane Adams. He had an older brother, Jack, who was 19. How is it that this 16 year old boy became the head of a powerful country? It's because he saw what the government was doing, and decided to act before it was too late.
