Chapter 1080: I Said I'm Not Married

"There's no such thing, I'd advise you all not to spread rumors," Jasmine Yale said in a flat tone, "As for whether I'm married or not, don't I know best? Besides, marriage isn't something to be ashamed of, so why would I hide it?"

Jasmine Yale couldn't be bothered to argue with Linnie Elwin.

It was clear they were just making up rumors, trying to concoct some sort of excuse.

Marriage? Haha.

"Oh wow, listen to you, as if I'm spreading rumors about you. Please, what about you is worth my rumor-mongering? The information I had my father check, could it be false? What I didn't expect was that you'd actually deny it? My God, is your husband that embarrassing that you won't even admit to it?" Linnie Elwin shrieked dramatically.

Her friends chimed in with her—

"Linnie, you've hit her sore spot, she definitely doesn't want to talk about it, that's why she's deliberately keeping it a secret. Who knows if she married some guy who's both poor and ugly."
