Chapter 45 - Repercussions Effect

Sydney was suffering in dire consequences of his impulsive decision during his youthful days in his country. He was in his study room brooding on the repercussion effect to his three children of the brazen remarks and shameless harassment of Rosemarie White to him.

Eventually, he was no longer the usual impulsive young man who could be seduced at once. Now that he was already in his sensible mind, he could pretty well remember from his very clear memory that that sluttish woman's always the one who initiated sexual partnership between them. At five o'clock in the morning, the agent jogged around the vicinity of the subdivision. He intentionally passed where his target lived. On the second day he deliberately fell in front of Rosemarie's gate when he saw her outside their yard.

The lady helped him stood up and even brushed off the dirt from his body. Holding him by his arm, she brought him inside the yard where he drank a cup of water she gave him.

The agent could be rewarded best actor award if he'd been one. He had pretended to have been really hurt when he fell. As the woman massaged his lower left limb, he moaned out of the pain.

"Can you lend me a stool or a chair?"

"Here."

He slowly lifted his lower left limb and put it on the bench by stretching it. His countenance of relief was visibly witnessed by the pretending Samaritan.

Unknown to the agent, his lady saviour was glad that she was able to have someone she could use with to trace the whereabouts of Sydney. If the private investigator's planning to befriend her for his ulterior motive to extract some of her personal informations, she, too had the same intention.

To impress the jogging man, she told him to stay where he was as she was going to get something to eat for their breakfast. He pretended to reject her offer of meal at first, but when she had insisted, he accepted willingly as he had only five days left before the promised result to be reported after seven days, one week at most.

As a private investigator he had learned the art of buffing. On that very day, he was so lucky that his target for his fast ivestigation pounced on the bait he had prepared to trap her. He couldn't believe that the woman had easily opened up to him about her intention in coming to her rival's country, as she used the term.

On his part, he gave her half truth that he was only in that place as a vacationist from a far away province who was looking for an employment. He was even so amused when she offered him free boarding in her rented residential house which he gracefully rejected.

Her too obvious strategy to hold him in her place for quite some time was easily gauged by the agent which he also willingly grabbed as he needed to know more about her.

She entertained her by playing chess before asking him to join her in the kitchen while she's cooking the foods for lunch. She even turned on her not so small speaker before pressing on the music application from her phone & bluetoothed it so the sound would be heard all over the house's parts.

Naturally, their conversation was on going while they were sound tripping and cooking.

It was a sumptuous palatable lunch that really made the agent committed a mortal sin against gluttony. He was so full that he had his difficult time breathing with ease as the waist line of his jogging pants was fitted and very tight. The food he ate seemed to be up to his throat.

Not to show his discomfort caused by his gluttony, he gleefully pretended, before her eyes, remembering that he had someone to be met who would recommend him to a friend who needed a messenger.

Although the woman being investigated was still ve.. ry interested to hold him in her place for her biological sexual release, she controlled herself as she didn't like to drive him away from her. She was just starting to fully use him to all aspects in her life. One was her three months of celibacy. If the harlot was at that time feeling wretched because she thought not to retrieve her boy-toy anymore, the agent, on the other hand, was feeling overwhelmed with elation and triumphant as Sydney and his Pearl Ace summoned him to their place to receive the fee that they talked about. But he was dumbfounded when he handed twice of the amount of his service fee.

"Because you gave us these results of your investigation earlier than the given due date, we had decided to give you a bonus."

Suddenly, the children served him a home made ice cream and a cake. Pearl Ace urged him to enjoy eating his snack which were done by their ever obedient children before going home.

Studying the information given to them, the family asked each other if they would request the DFA- Department of Foreign Affairs to deport her.
