Mo Kio

Mo Kio was known as the archenemy of Si Xia. They both were almost neck to neck in their grades. Mo Kio being the best in the computer course with business as his subsidiary subject and Si Xia was the best in the business course with computer as his subsidiary subject. They were both a year senior than Yu Chen and were equally handsome but completely different. While Si Xia was the king of the school, an exemplary student who never broke any rules and never talked to girls, Yu Chen being the exception.

Om the other hand, Mo Kio was the bad boy prince of the school. He rode to the school on his bike and was a typical rule breaker. He was also kind of a playboy, but rumour had it that he had never kissed any of them. He had not been expelled up till now only due to his good grades.

They also looked quite different. Si Xia had dark black eyes and light brown hair which usually remained messy. Mo Kio, on the other hand, jet black hair which were cropped short because he had a habit of ruffling them, and striking blue eyes. Mo Kio jumped off his bike, and said, "Hii everyone. Hey you, you are the girl who is considered the computer prodigy and the one Si Xia is smitten over. Aren't you?" he said, turning to Yu Chen.

Yu Chen: "I have a name, you know."

Mo Kio: "Of course. Yu Chen, apologies. So, do you know much about computers."

Yu Chen: "Hmm"

Mo Kio: "So I have a deal for you, and I think you would rather like it. But I will only tell you if you can write a program faster and more accurate than me."

Yu Chen: "Why?"

Mo Kio: "Mostly because I want to see what this great prodigy is made off. And partly because I want to see what in you has captured Si Xia's attention."

Yu Chen: "No. I meant, why would you offer me anything. I don't even know you."

Mo Kio: "Because I don't ask for anything for free. I am asking you to compete. Right?"

Yu Chen: "Okay. But when and where?"

Mo Kio: "In the computer lab after school."

Yu Chen nodded and Mo Kio started his bike and sped off towards the school. When he was out of sight, Xi Hua said walking towards the school, "I now understand why he is called the bad boy prince. He really is a bad boy, and his aura does not lose in comparison to Si Xia."

Huo Zenghai: "Oh. So he is your type?"

Xi Hua: "Oh please. Everyone knows I am not into kings or princes. But you know, there's something different between these two. But I can't put my finger on it."

Yu Chen: "Mo Kio is like a normal high school boy. Si Xia's eyes have something else. He has a story."

Huo Zenghai: "...."

Xi Hua: "So you have started noticing Si Xia. Huh. Could you be falling for him?"

Yu Chen: "Don't be silly. Let's go."

" I am not falling for him. I have fallen for him and can't seem to pull myself together. However I wish." Yu Chen thought as they went to the school.
