He leaned down closer to Chen's ear and whispered, "Chen!!! Your flight has left!!!! You'll never be able to go to London now!!!!"

That did the trick. Yu Chen's eyes flew open and she looked about her. She finally came to her senses and realised what had happened.

Chen looked at Si Xia and glared at him. If looks could kill, Xia would have dropped dead on the ground.

Seeing that she was angry, Si Xia put up his hands in defeat. He said, "I had to wake you. I could have carried you, but I don't think you want to leave before saying goodbye to Hua, Zenghai and Mrs. Mo."

Yu Chen calmed down. She stood up, looked at Mo Kio and said, "You better not give these guys trouble while I'm gone."

She then stroked his bandaged head and walked out.

The two first went to say goodbye to Mrs. Mo, whose condition had considerably stabilized and she would be soon discharged.

After, they went to Xi Hua's room, where Huo Zenghai was with her.

Seeing the two, Zenghai said, "You're leaving? But your flight's not for another two hours."

Yu Chen: "I have some stuff to do."

Xi Hua: "Chen, what will we all do without you?"

Yu Chen smiled and walked over to Hua's bed. She held her hands and said, "You'll do whatever comes to your mind. It's not like I'm going away forever."

Xi Hua hugged Chen and said, "I'm gonna miss you Chen."

Yu Chen enjoyed her warmth as she said, "I'll miss you too."

After the two girls were done, Zenghai said, "No need. I'll come to the airport to see you off."

Yu Chen ruffled his hair and said in a low voice, "Take care of her."

Huo Zenghai nodded as Yu Chen said, "Hey, you have the keys to your bike right?"

Huo Zenghai nodded. He was very surprised to see Chen holding out her hand for them as everyone knew of Chen's fear of bikes and speed.

She said, "Could you take a cab to the hospital? I need Xia to go somewhere before I leave."

Huo Zenghai took out the keys and gave them to Chen. As Yu Chen and Si Xia walked out the door, Chen looked back and blew a kiss to Xi Hua. She said, "See you soon."

Though she tried to be cheerful, one could clearly see the tears welling up in her eyes.

As they came out of the hospital, Si Xia took the keys and said, "Where do you want to go?"

Yu Chen: "I'll tell you the way."

Yu Chen told Xia the way and they finally stopped in front of the cemetery. Si Xia looked very puzzled as Yu Chen led him up to Mo Anxia's grave. Xia's eyes widened as Chen told him the story of this little girl. He was surprised that a cheerful guy like Mo Kio was shouldering such a heavy burden.

As she finished, Yu Chen said, "Ever since Kio's accident, I've been coming here everyday to clean the grave and bring some fresh flowers."

Realisation dawned on Si Xia. He had been wondering where Chen disappeared to once everyday.
