Xi Hua placed the laptop she had snatched back into Huo Zenghai's arms, saying, "Actually.....this looks better on you. Haha. You can keep it."

Si Xia: "And that's how it's done."

Huo Zenghai: "Thank god you're back Chen. Only you can control this demon."

Si Xia: "Takes a devil to control a demon."

Yu Chen turned to look at Si Xia and pretended to be angry, "What did you call me?"

Si Xia said nothing as he pecked Yu Chen on the cheek. Yu Chen's tip of the ears went red as Xi Hua overdramaticly fell onto Zenghai's shoulder, saying, "PDA alert. PDA alert. This is not a drill. I repeat, this is not a drill."

Huo Zenghai chuckled as Yu Chen said, "Shut up."

She then took out a box and handed it to Si Xia.

Si Xia opened the box and his eyes were fixed on the thing inside. Yu Chen looked at him, trying to find any expression on his face. But even after a few moments, he gave no response. Just sat there, looking at the box.

Xi Hua and Huo Zenghai, who were anticipately waiting, were shocked to suddenly see tears welling up in Si Xia's eyes. Yu Chen was also shocked as she hurriedly took a few tissues and wiped his tears, lightly saying, "Xi Xi?"

This seemed to break Si Xia's trance. He looked at Chen and said, "It's beautiful."

Xi Hua interjected, "What? WHAT!? What did she get you?"

Huo Zenghai was also curious as he leaned over the table. But Si Xia quickly closed the box before either of them even got a glance.

Xi Hua pouted, "That's not fair. You got to see our gifts. I want to see yours."

Huo Zenghai: "It's no use. He's as stubborn as a bull."

Xi Hua smiled devilishly, "Don't worry. I know his weakness." She then turned to Chen and said, "Hey Chen. Please ask Xia to show us what you got him. Please!!"

Yu Chen looked at Si Xia's face, which was still a little emotional and said, "It's his gift. I can't help it if he doesn't want to show you."

Xi Hua slumped back in her chair, mumbling, "Meanie."

Yu Chen put away the bag, as Si Xia regained his composure. He said, "Fine. I'll show you. But only for a second."

Xi Hua jumped up, "Yayyyy!!!!"

Huo Zenghai also looked curious.

Si Xia opened the box and showed the contents to the two, never letting go of the box.

Inside the box, were two small oil paintings.

The left one was a painting of two hands. The man's hand was on top of the woman's, and a few words were painted at the bottom, "I'll wait for you forever."

The right painting was of two hair clips. They were actually the clips Chen wore everyday, the butterfly shaped ones. At the bottom of this painting, were the words, "I'll come back to you always."

Xi Hua looked up at Chen as Si Xia closed the box and carefully placed it in his pocket. She had tears in her eyes as she said, "It's such a beautiful gift. Chen."

Huo Zenghai said nothing but he seemed to agree with Xi Hua. Yu Chen rubbed her nose in embarrassment as she said, "Thanks."
