What had she planned?

Xia licked his lips as he looked at Chen. Did she really mean what he thought she did? "Naah! She is too innocent." Xia decided after a few moments. She always blushed like a tomato whenever he even slightly touched her, and always stopped functioning whenever they kissed.

There was no way Chen was thinking of seducing him. Right? Right?!

Yu Chen had walked away by the time Si Xia was done wrestling with his thoughts. He sighed and walked back to the party. "I guess I'll have to wait and see if my little devil can truly be wicked." Xia mumbled to himself.

The rest of the party passed by in a blur for Si Xia who couldn't stop wondering what Chen had planned for him. All his conversations were half-hearted and most of his attention was always on Yu Chen throughout the party.

Si Xia slumped on the couch as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. All his friends from work were way too drunk and were way too bent on dancing the night away. They had forced him to join them for a while, and Xia couldn't refuse. As much as he wanted to be with Chen right now, these guys were his friends. And good friends at that.

Xia panted as he looked around for Yu Chen, and was surprised not to find her around. The guests had started to leave, and Si Xia suddenly remembered Chen's promise, and all his curiosity came rushing back.

He was about to get up and go in search of her when Xia saw Huo Zenghai walk over and slump down beside him.

"Done already?" he asked with a smirk.

Si Xia rolled his eyes and spoke, "Forgive me for not wanting to spend the night dancing among sweaty drunk men." "How about you? How come you're getting sober?" he added, noticing that Zenghai hadn't had a drink for more than an hour now and his drunk was already wearing off.

"I'm an engaged man now, I have responsibilities." Zenghai replied taking off his glasses and wiping the sweat from his face. "I promised Hua I would be sober enough to drive home by the end of the night." he said.

"Yeah, he learns responsibilities from having a fiancee. Being the CTO of a multi-million dollar company was just a trial." Xia replied, pushing his hair out of his eyes and reaching for a drink.

Zenghai laughed and patted his shoulder as he got up. "I'm gonna go find Hua and head home. Happy Birthday once again." he said. "You are always welcome to stay. You know that right?" Xia asked, taking a sip from his glass.

"Obviously." Huo Zenghai spoke with a smile, "But I'd rather not be here tomorrow to help with all the clean-up."

Si Xia chuckled listening to him. He hung his head back and watched his friends having fun for a couple of minutes before quickly draining his glass and getting up.

He would have normally waited until all the guests had either left or he had made sure they were going to be all right if they had decided to stay, but today Xia couldn't care less.

All he wanted was to know what had Chen planned for him.
