Chapter 4

It was 8:00am and Mr Sam was driving out with the driver while I stood at the balcony watching him leave for work. Ella where are you mrs Grace called. I'm at the balcony I'm coming I rushed to her, she was on the bed watching TV. have you locked the door down stairs? She asked. yes ma I have, okay give me water to drink she said. okay ma , after giving her water I stared so much at her and saw she was uncomfortable because of her pregnancy so I went close to her, what is it she asked? you are not sitting right i responded, I piled up two pillows at the head board of the bed and told her to rest her back on it, she smiled and said thank you. she was watching Grey's anatomy, tho I wasn't interested in watching that but I sat at the foot ifvthe bed till I became sleepy. Ella go and take a nap dear she said to me. immediately I stood up and went straight to my room, few minutes later I woke and the sun had gone down I walked out to the balcony and noticed Mr Sam car was parked in the garage so I hurried back inside he had already eaten dinner, good evening sir when did you return back home I asked? not long , I bought something for you he said, me? I asked while looking at his wife. honey what did you buy for her she forced a smile, well I picked up a few dresses and two pair of shoes. let me have a look at them, okay they are nice go try them on she said to me , okay ma I responded then turned to mr Sam and said thank you sir and to his wife thank you ma. I happily went to my room and tried them on one after the other, they were all perfect size I was so happy althrough that day. I called on Amina and told her what Mr Sam got me and she complimented on them. then I asked, can you stay with me tonight in my room it's too big, yes she answered immediately but will your parents agree to let me stay with you? wait I said to her rushing to my parents on getting there I stood there like I forgot what I wanted to say. what is it they asked? em.....em ....,speak up Mr Sam said, please can Amina stay with me this night in my room I get lonely all by myself. No mrs Grace answered, I became sad but I was waiting for mr Sam response too and then he said,okay let her stay. I was so happy, thank you I said running back to my room to break the news, on hearing it Amina was happy,

We played and ate together then we retired to bed later that night.
