Date Two.

Marissa pondered over how she readily accepted to date Michael. After she came back hoke she could not stop thinking about him. She liked how honest he was. Telling someone about their family is not common nowadays. But he did. He told her how he lost his parents to the corrupt system and hence decided to take on journalism.

"He's had a tough life. I think I could give him a chance." mumbled Marissa immediately searching for her phone.

- "I'm up for the date you begged me for HaHa."

--"My pleasure, Kitten" replied Michael.

-"What did you just say?" asked Marissa after rolling her eyes.

--"That I'm happy you decided to date me."

Marissa retorted "Get lost *angry emoji*"

You always have you claws out kitten. This name suits you. Of course, I won't tell you this reason he uttered smirking.

Meanwhile, Kat was having a hard time with managing college and her job. On top of that she was feeling guilty for not giving enough time to Nate. "Oh god, I feel like a failure. Why do I take up so much work at the same time. Well, Good luck managing time now ." she complained frowning.

She whisked her phone from the table and pinged Nate.

-"Babe"

--"Yes darling. Where are you?" asked Nate.

- "I'm heading to your condo. I'll see if you have any girl hidden there. Are you scared? You should be huh."

Nate chuckled thinking how his baby girl is making excuses to come to visit him.

-"Are you sure you're not coming just because you are missing me?"

- "No, it's to find the other girl."

--"Sure. I'll meet you in an hour or so. The passcode is 2122. Make yourself at home and good luck finding this girl that you've apparently caught from the thin air haha"

How Nate took care of the minutest touched Kat .
