Chapter 6 : Mildian Magic Academy

" Hey kid, wake up..we already here."

Lucifer drowsily open his eyes and look in front of the wagon, there he see a magnificent city, the style look like a Rome build city back on earth.

" Uncle Lan, thanks for bring us here." 

" No problem kids, hope you became a powerful mage one day."

" Take care and be careful Uncle Lan." He wave his hand towards the wagon that slowly departed away from him.

They walk slowly into the city's gate.

" Hey kid, why are you here?" one of the big burly guy ask him.

" I'm here to register Mildian Magic Academy."

" Really, it's already time huh...if I'm not mistaken there will be open next week right?"

ask him inquiry.

" Yes, I would like to familiarise my self at this city first."

" If you say so..I am Gust, the gate keeper of this city..Welcome to Mildian kid." he smile cheerful."

" Thanks Gust." He slowly walk into the city bypass the man.

When he enter the city, what he see are a crowd of human joyfully do their activities. There are a couple that enjoy buying at the food stall, there are old womans stay at the bench and gossiping with each other and they are also a group of kids playing together. It was a joyful scene to look at.

" Wow!!" Rose exclaimed.

" Wahh, so many people here." said Luna delight.

" Look, there are many people everywhere we see." Orlo look around the busy street.

" Yeah, it look so different from our neighbourhood." agreeably Nyx.

' sigh, It's all my fault. The Dragnof are a bustling city either but I do not take them to the center of the kingdom often to avoid been detected by dragon because of me that have more magic power from the other kids.' I sigh guiltily.

*Growl..Growl*

A noise can be heard from Lucifer stomach, suddenly.

" Let's go eat something delicious, Luc" said Luna.

" Yeah, I smell a delicious scent from there." Orlo smell with his nose and point to a food stall that not far away.

" Let's go eat, Luc". Rose exclaims make a smile face and Nyx just nod his head eagerly.

" Yeah, let's go eat...after that we must find some inn for tonight".

They leisurely spend their time eating at the food stall and happily devour the food. After that, they walk around to find an inn for rest.

" Excuse me, where I can find an inn?" ask Lucifer to an old lady.

" Are you not from here? well how about you stay at Milky Inn. Its just around that junction." point that old lady the direction.

" Thank you, mam". 

They walk slowly  towards the inn.

" Its here." 

What he see is a double-story building that have a nice exterior design and have a bottle sign at the top of the roof. 

" Welcome, how may I help you." smile a brown hair lady at the desk.

" Well, I like to book a room...how much it is per day ?"

" It was 5,000 jewel per day with three meal provided"

" Then, I would like to book it for a week with the meal, also can I have a cat meal."

" Alright, then it will 35,000 jewel...for cat meals we will give you a discount 700  jewel per day ...so the total amount are 39,400 jewel."

He put his hand into the sack at his hips and use Inventory to take the jewel and give to the lady.

" Here"

" Alright, here the balance and your room number is 210 at the second floor and the furthest from the stair." she smile and give the key to him.

" Thank you, and please send the meal at my room."

" Alright, have a good rest."

He then walk to the stairs and go to his room.

" Wahh, Its so comfy...lets take a bath and rest tonight guys." 

Time skip a week later..

" Its so big." said Orlo amazingly.

Lucifer and his cats stood in front of Mildian Magic Academy. There are two crystal like lady statue that have a half wings and have a magnificent gate. The shape of building look like pantheon in Rome era.

" Let's go register and after that we will look around the city."

He then walk towards the gate and enter the building. Inside the building he can see many people that wear whites robe talking with each other.

" Hey kid, are you here to register?" said a spectacle teenager with a white robe and carry a thick books with him.

" Yes, where do I need to go?" ask Lucifer.

" Well, you should go to that door and turn left... then you will see a hall for register new students." said him while his hand point the direction to the door.

" Thank you" said him slightly bow to the teenager.

He then slowly walk into the door and meet a lot of people gather around the hall. There are also reception table that register the student's name. 

" Hello, there may I help you." ask one of the receptionist.

" Yes, I would like to register."

" I see then please fill up your name and  age here"

The form only have the name, age, and what magic that the student interest to study. He slowly write down the name and age.

"How about this section?" 

" I'm sorry for this section you may fill up after the opening speech, there will be a professors explain to you later."

" Any fee that I need to paid?"

" Nope, the academy only take money when the students have 6 months experience in the academy. "

" Alright."

" Then please enter the hall and wait for opening speech from the headmaster."

He nod his head slightly and walk into the hall.

He wait for a several minute and see there is a middle age man walk into podium and start the speech.

" Greetings to all the new students, Welcome to Mildian Magic Academy. We...."

The speech are about welcoming the new students, what course student can choose to study, the fee that will be collected when the students have 6 months experiene and also the housing to the students.

" There are a lot of interesting course that they offer and there are also 5 compulsory course which are Time magic, Rune magic, Study of Magic Language, Basic Magic and lastly Body Magic. The students can choose maximum to 7 elective course to graduate in 5 years. If I want to be succesfully in support magic then I should choose Healing Magic, Curse Magic and also Buff Magic. "

"....Now students please make a line at that statue so we can give your school attire and your house's key. "

He slowly stand up from the chair and make his way to the line of people. The clothing for the academy is generally comprised a white short-sleeved or sleeveless, knee-length tunic for men and boys, and a longer, usually sleeved tunic for women and girls. And there are also shoes, slippers, boots and sandals that been provide.

" Here this is your school attire and your keys.." said one of the senior students.

" Thank you" He said and make his way to the housing compound.

" 117...134...oh there is 143." 

He slowly put in the key and unlock the door. The house is a single-storey house, that only have a single room and one bathroom. He walk into the house sluggishly and lay down his body into the bed.

" So tired, I will wait tomorrow for what to do. Today I will just lay down here and rest my tired up body."He said and slowly close his eyes.
