Dilemma. That was the best word Lisa could use to describe how she felt at that moment.  

She wanted to do it. She wanted to succeed in her mission. On the other hand, she was skeptical about doing it. For the first time, she feared being caught— not by anyone else but by Tom.

Ever since they got there, Tom never left her side except when his father said he wanted to talk to him. She remembered the spiteful way Mrs Hwang had looked at her when she saw her beside Tom. Mr Hwang had also looked at the both of them angrily before he asked to have a word with Tom. She didn't know what they had both discussed, but she could guess it had to do with her being beside him like this. 

There were times were Tom held her hand and smiled at her, making her feel very uncomfortable. 

When she finally voiced out that she didn't like it and he should just act like she wasn't there, he replied her in his usual confident tone,
