●Raymond Street B || Renna's house●

"What are you implying with 'escape plan', boss?"

Ray Ji became quizzical upon Renna's utterance, while the lady began to pour coffee and take out the toasts.

Wearing the same Chantelle sportswear she prepared the breakfast and placed it on the table, the house sure was small and shabby as Ronan Ross praised it's rotten, old worn out walls yesterday night.

But still it had every single necessity a living being could need, water, air conditioned rooms, electricity_ what else one could require more?

"You will know soon, Ray. Have some patience buddy, you know that every single woman out there would possibly keep her history and present clean in order to lure him."

Renna paused for a few minutes as if she wanted Ray's comment or any kind of reaction upon her premise.

The lady placed the white cutlery on the wooden small round table in the kitchen and resumed her speech, which seemed more of a deadly scheming.

"I will turn the tables upside down! Ronan will expect me to run away fearing his power and authority, yes I will sneak away but to a place where he would not have ever imagined!"

"Oh! Boss, now you are scaring me."

Ray widened his eyes in horror, the man had never expected something 'normal' and easy from his master. And now when he was miles away and apart, the heiress was about to attempt something big.

"Boss? Be careful, I know I'm speaking out and above my rank but... just take care of yourself and be safe. We are here to clean up the mess, you just have to command and demand."

Ray Ji sounded serious regarding Renna's safety and his concerns about her, manifested the secret and hidden emotions which he had been keeping since six years.

Although whatever he just spouted was no less than an insolent behaviour, Renna Amaryllis could have give orders to behead him but then again he was the only person who had helped her out.

Renna heaved a sigh of bitter happiness combined with some other emotions _ maybe guilt?

"Yes, Ray. I'm and will be careful, I have friends to back me up, right?"

Her energetic voice resonated in Ray's ears, accompanying Renna's feeble giggle which induced a butterfly feeling within his stomach.

'FRIENDS? Yeah, right.'

An inner hurt voice banged into Ray's head like an alarm, but he was not in a position to do anything regarding it.

"Yes boss, we are with you."

Renna smiled genuinely and ended the call by pressing her thumb on the wrist, before she could begin to have her breakfast without any obstruction and meeting.

●Central Station, New York city●

"M- Mr Kyril?"

A cold sweat drenched him like an icey shower, the chief stuttered and leaped forward towards Kyril Ross, who smiled at him creepily.

"What brings you here? I...I mean I would have arrived on your call, master. Why did you bother to come on your own?"

The chief reflexively shoved his hand in the pocket of his blue jeans and fished out a napkin to soak his cool pearls!

Sure enough, it seemed that Kyril Ross held some authority over the people and the system of  the police station, after all his presence made every single soul in the hall gulp down a hard lump.

But hereby I ask you, who is he?

And what is the connection between Kyril and Ronan, both men have similar dangerous vibes and share the same surname.

They are definitely not blood related or long lost brothers, then why did Kyril help Ronan in finding Renna?

Kyril Ross stepped forward without even bothering to reply the chief and why would he? His hands were still in the pockets as the mysterious master oozed excessively eccentric aura, two of the guards followed his lead inside the station.

The man inspected his surroundings with a keen eye, while the chief bombarded himself with numerous questions. What else one could expect from Jake and Grey, they both remained crouched down in horror with their mouths hung open.

"Well_"

As soon as Kyril Ross paused his tortoise walk with eagle eyed analysis, the two fully armed and grimly dressed men stopped a few steps behind their master.

Such loyal and clever dogs!

The senior officers were still standing behind both of the thugs, while the rest of the gang had been thrown in the cell. In the midst of Kyril's entry all of them forgot everything for a moment, that the firm grips around Jake and Grey's necks loosened.

But of course, the imposing atmosphere forced them to surrender and no one thought or dared to make a movement let alone run away.

What exactly was going to happen? Was Kyril Ross working for Renna?

Let's suppose if he had been actually helping her then why would he arrive at the police station to rescue the thugs?
