"Death."

Tan kept glancing at Nana from time to time, wondering if he should keep quiet or keep trying to talk some sense into her.

He could guess what was going on in her mind at the moment. She probably thought he had been aware of Min-Jung's relationship with Ji-Tae the whole time and had helped them keep it on a low.

He definitely was not blaming her. How on earth was he to explain that he was not just friends, but best of friends with a guy like Ji-Tae yet claim to be different from him in character?

"Nana..." He started, but he was interrupted by her piercing cold glare.

"Don't even mention my name if you want us to travel peacefully. Just keep quiet and drive," Nana warned him.

"No, you won't. You won't dare turn this whole crap on me. I won't allow you to involve me in a mess that you and your best friend created. I won't be caught up in that web of deceit that you all spun," Tan snarled. He could not believe she was trying to blame him.
