Chapter 18 - The Stalker 2

"Would I buy another two sim cards? But... the land line.... they couldn't be changed at once unlike sim cards."

To avoid a reprimand from her parents she bought two new sim cards

and requested from her colleagues in her work to deny that there was no Lizbeth Mae Ayo Lacandula who's working there. At their home, she talked to their household staff to inform any of her caller that it was a wrong number.

Thus, it was not only Theodore whom she was avoiding but her other suitors, as well.

When she discussed it with her parents, they rebuked her for almost one whole day.

A month after her vacation had passed with no one pestering her. It was

because her instruction was heeded.

Enjoying the serenety, she continued her daily activities. The only difference was her enrollment to the College of Law. It was her plan all along in taking up English subject as her major subject in her four-year preparatory course.

She was in a book store looking for

Law books when Theodore Kit Smith went to their place. It was his parents who entertained him as they were in the living room upon his arrival.

He seemed to be tortured to death

as Kenneth and Leonor sounded to be a

persecutors who were cross examining him.

He left with a slight hope that Lizbeth Mae would not continue hiding

from him.

"If you win our daughter's heart, who are we to object?" Kenneth Allen, the father of Lizbeth told him which Leonor, her mother seconded.

Then he brazenly asked them: "If I

force her, would you sue me to court?"

"Why would you do that? Are you not man enough to wooe her?"

"I did everything to befriend her. I thought she was all into the friendship

I was giving her."

"Well, maybe she did acknowledge you as her friend as she never.... take note.. not even once in her life... to talk to her opposite sex the way she did with you based on your story." Leonor was suggestive that he was not only presuming.

"So.... Can I come back later to be able to talk to her? For now, I would leave to check out from the hotel I stayed to be able to go directly to the airport after talking to her from here."

They agreed with his request considering that he just came to the

Philippines just to meet their daughter

whom they thought was avoiding him

because of them.

From the time their daughter told them about him, he had undergone a background check through a cousin

who was a permanent resident in a small town of NY. Other information

about him was accessible in one of the social media platform.

Theodore Kit ride in a cab going to the hotel where he checked in. On his way he was weaving a plan how to make

Lizbeth Mae be his.

"Whatever I would do to her tonight, I would be accountable for it. I am ready for the consequence."

Theodore thought who was decided to do his plan with determination.

When he left Lizbeth arrived with the books that she bought from the bookstore she had gone. It was from her nanny who told her about Theodore Kit

Smith. She was wondering why her parents did not tell her about him. Disinterested, she didn't bother to ask.

Dinner was about to be served when Theodore arrived once again. Lizbeth was not yet done with the dish

she was cooking. She was startled that

Theodore had suddenly appeared in the kitchen when she was almost burnt of the pan with the viand she was still mixing.

"Hey! You know how to cook?"

"Why are you here? What are you doing here?"

"I could not contact you... so... I..

filed my application for a four-day leave of absence. I asked your mom and dad to let me see you before my flight tomorrow at seven in the morning."

"I don't understand. I... would... I...

mean... I am not allowed to... you know..

You're not a female like me."

"I was told that as long as my intention for you is good, then... I am

Or you are allowed to talk to me."

"Can you wait for me at the living room?"

"Can't I help you? Instead of waiting for you, I may just help you."

"Yaya... (nanny in English) can you instruct him what to do?"

Her nanny told him to help her assist in setting the table in the dining room while Lizbeth quickly sneak out from the kitchen door and ran toward the big tall tree where she climbed going up to the terrace of her bedroom.

She quickly locked the windows and the doors before eating the food that she brought and ate it.

In the dining room everybody was seated including their visitor but Lizbeth

was not yet there. Without being told, her nanny stood up and called her through the intercom, telling her that she

was the only one who was not yet at the

dining table.

She heard it but she did not answer. She continued eating as she was almost done.

As she was no longer hungry and she had done cleaning herself she could had slept at that time. But because she was not yet sleepy, Lizbeth decided to scan the books she newly bought when her bedroom's door was opened by her

mother. With her was her father and

Theodore Kit who had a tray with foods and beverage.

Theodore walked straight ahead to the night stand where he placed the tray.

"Dad! Mom! Why is he here? He's intruding my privacy!"

In Filipino language he spoke with her. "He came a long way, filed leave of absence, just to see you and talk to you."

Like her father, she talked back in their own language. "Am I to be blamed?

I did not tell him to come... and..."

Her mom cut her from what she had still to say. "Lizbeth, don't be rude.

Where's your manner?"

"Okay. I'll talk to him. But not here in my bedroom. You could have told him to

stay in the living room... or.."

That time, his dad cut her words.

"He was just concerned that you haven't

eaten yet."

"Dad, I was done eating. I brought my food here." It was in English language when she spoke and added.

"Kindly bring back the food and wait for me in the living room."

"As you wish." Theodore retorted, carried the tray and headed out of her bedroom for the dining room.

Before her parents left her for their

bedroom, she was instructed to let him occupy the guest room downstairs.

When she went down, Theodore was not in the living room. So she looked for him and found him waiting at the dining table.

"I told you, I have eaten my dinner in my bedroom which I brought with me. Just cover the tray with this." She pointed the object which he did.

"Come, I'll show you the guest room where you're going to stay over night."

"After you Beth. Is it okay if I call you Beth?"

"You called me already. No problem

calling me that name."

When they were at the door of the guest room, she stopped and informed

him that it was the guest room while opening the door for him.

She stepped sideward at her left to

let him get in the room. Never would she expect that Theodore would pull her with him inside the room. His movement was very quick that he did not notice that he was done locking the door and at the same time pounced on her by encircling his arms around her body tightly locking his hands by clasping them.

She struggled but did not shout as she knew that each bedroom in their house was sound proof. She could not also ask for help by using the intercom since it was installed above the night stand beside her bed.

The more she struggled, the more he held him tightly and kissed her.

That moment, Theodore marked her to be his woman. Her innocence was

taken away by Theodore who had been planning to be her man by hook or by crook.

Lizbeth was against his persistence to win her heart by forcing her to be his.

But, no matter how she resisted, she was confused that her mind couldn't

control the effect of Theodore's advances against her feminity. He was so cunning that she seemed to be hynotized by him.

He did it repeatedly with her which

she was unable to elude. Only when he

was finally asleep that she was able to escape from him running upstairs to feel her safety in her bedroom.

She was so exhausted that she slept until twelve noon the next day.

Waking up made her grimaced in pain. Her whole body was aching most especially the extreme soreness that

she felt between her thighs. To get rid of the pain, she soaked herself in a tub she filled with lukewarm water.

Before going downstairs to eat her meal, she had taken a pill for a pain reliever.

Downstairs, her nanny gave her an envelop that her parents asked to hand it to her before leaving for a meeting with the school administrators

of their own aircraft pilot training academy.

While eating, she was busy making

a bold decision that she would never kowtow to Theodore despite the last night's forcible rupturing of her hymen.

Going back to her room, she kept the envelop inside the drawer of her night stand without opening it.

For her, to become a topnotch lawyer was more important than Theodore.
