Lucky girl

The queen and I walked towards our room. I didn't sit on the bed because I was soaked in water.

I stood while the queen took one more dress out for me.

I changed and came out. The queen was waiting for me. I walked out of the washroom and saw her waiting for me "Queen? Why are you waiting here?"

She came walking towards me and made me sit infront of the mirror "Look at you dear, So beautiful but right now you didn't open your hairs and that didn't look nice."

I smiled a little.

"Hoe did you like him?" The queen asked me.

Though I didn't exactly met him but the way he reacted after coming out of water was enough to tell me about his character "He is quite good. He has an amazing education and manners. I liked him."

"You know, I never liked the king's act towards the people. He always had these bad characters." She kept grooming my hairs.

"Then why don't you leave him?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Because we love each other." Queen said.

"No offense but I don't think he loves someone sincerely."

"No!!! He really loves me. Think about it...Did you see any other mistress of his in this palace?"

I agreed it was not like he married many women and nor have I heard about his affairs.

"He always stays with me. It is never like he will go somewhere else and spent night with another lady because he always stays with me. He actually loves sincerely." The queen said that but I found it was quite unbelievable.

"But what made him like this. And what the heck is going on with him and all those superstitions about womans? I mean who believes those in these times?" It was not an old time that his policy was like this.

"Actually his mother betrayed his family because of powers and just because she knew a lots of things. Her mother was very good and powerful. He hated that and then his sister was also very mean to him just becuase she was more powerful. Those two ladies together also destroyed the kingdom." Queen said.

I said nothing but kept looking at the queen.

I didn't change my plan because it was his choice to become like his mother and not be at all sensitive towards anyone. He killed so many people, He destroyed the kingdom, He made be separate from my friends, He separated me from my Love. I will never forgive him.

For now I had to meet the prince who was waiting for me in the beautiful gardens of the palace.

I now walked towards the grounds and was looking for the prince but I couldn't see him.

"Does he take even more time than a girl to get ready?" I spoke aloud to myself when I heard a voice from behind "Not really."

His voice scared me. I turned back and said "You scared me."

Then he said "Sorry, but I like to surprise people."

"That is called scaring not surprising." Then after saying that we both started walking in the grounds.

There was silence for few times. He broke the silence "So, tell me about yourself."

I looked at him and said "I am Ashley."

"And?"

"And, what?"

"I said tell me about yourself. I know you name so tell me something else." He seemed to be quite bubbly. He was jumping around and talking.

"Then how about you tell me about yourself?"

"Okay. I am prince Lucifer which you might already know. I don't like the way the kingdom is treated and I am sure I will change it."

"Are you talking to your future wife or giving an interview?" I said because it felt like he was giving an interview instead of talking to his wife.

He sighed and said "Let's forget about introduction."

I felt laughing when he said that.

I saw a bench and sat down. Lucifer went and brought me Lilies from the same pool we fell.

He gave me he Lilies but those lilies reminded me of my mission because while going to collect the herb, Andy gave me a Lily.

I could never take Lily from any other man ever. I sneezed infront of the Lily and said "I have an allergy from Lilies."

He took the Lily away from me. "I am so sorry Ashley."

He threw the Lily away. "No problem. you didn't know."

He then turned serious and held my hands to say "Ash, I don't know why are you agreeing to marry me but I.....can't marry you."

When he said that I was so confused that if the prince didn't want to marry why the king have to force him?

"What?" I looked at him confused.

"Actually, I like someone else already but the problem is my father. He thinks that we don't match and that is why he doesn't allow me." Lucifer looked sad when an idea clicked.

"Then?"

He was holding my hands, he tightened his grip and said "Can you please say no to the marriage?"

"Okay, I say no."

"I mean infront of my father."

"You are in love so, You should man up and say this to your father." I said because I had a plan in my head.

He looked at other directions when I planned to create a big clash between the father and son.

I will make the girl and Lucifer spend the night together and call the king to their room.

Seeing the girl and Lucifer sleeping together the king will boil and the fight between them will create a rift.

Atleast due to this fight, I can get sometime to go the prison cell and find the royal family to release them.

Because without them, I don't think that I will be able to throw the King out of this kingdom.

I had to plant the perfect ground for them to easily sleep together.

But the question was, how?

I now thought of another idea but for that the first thing I wanted to do was getting friends with the girl.

"So, who is that lucky girl?" I asked the prince.

He blushed and smiled.

"Ohhhhhh!!! Blushing hah?" I teased him a little.

"It is the maid. Erica." He still kept blushing.

I stopped teasing the Prince for a few minutes because I was planning to meet that Erica.

Something was about to happen which will give me a lots of time.

I was not sure if he will do anything like that and will my plan be successful but trying doesn't hurt.
