Nightmare

"I can contact Erica with a howl."

"What!!! Why?"

"I don't know but maybe because we used to play like that."

"Like what?"

"One of us becomes a wolve in full moon and then howl and you know a whole story around it."

"Sorry but I am going to judge you right now."

INSIDE THE HOUSE.

"I am worried about Alexa."

"You should be sister. But how did she meet such problematic kids, Erica?"

"Mom...." Erica didn't know what to say. She would never dare call us problematic, we just want to get rid of a bad guy and how is trying that problematic.

"I hope she comes back to me." Alexa's mom Amy said.

"I hope she doesn't." Erica said.

"Shut up!!! What are you trying to say, huh?"

"Mom look, the guards are not here to enjoy." She snapped and continued "They are here only with one purpose and that is catch Alexa so it is quite better if she doesn't comes back here."

Both of the mothers were silent because really speaking what can they say. Erica's right afterall.

Erica went inside kitchen and worked on cleaning the utensils and the kitchen as whole. When she heard a howl. She heard the howl and immediately came to know that Alexa was back.

The soldiers didn't really do anything because wolves around here were normal and there were security measures to handle them but that never involved a human doing that.

Erica immediately came out and met us. She hugged Alexa before anything and I kept staring them because not only did Alexa use the most weirdest method in the universe to call Erica out but most importantly Erica came out hearing that.

"I know my queen it is a little off type method for communication but still is a method." Erica explained.

"No matter how so ever you try to explain it, this is not going to turn into a good method of communication."

"Alright!!! You don't take it as a good technique of communication then be it but it still drew her out." Alexa said in a complaining tone.

I still didn't feel it was a good method but then what to say and we have much more important to discuss.

We needed to go in deep inside the forest so that we are not caught talking to Erica.

We found a big stone kept in the middle and so we three sat on it and started talking.

"Erica, we need you to help us enter the palace." I said

"What!!! How?.... wait... why?" She was confused and didn't know what to say.

"We need to release our friends and the royal family without any more time wastage. We did the survey required in the castle during my grand stay there and we know that there are many secret tunnels inside the castles." Alexa explained.

"So what am I supposed to do, I don't think I know any tunnels. Each of them are only known by the royal family." Erica said.

"That is why I am sorry to be having to ask you to do this but Erica we need you to talk to Lucifer for this." I said with a pleading expression because I clearly knew that they broke up because Lucifer was too scared to talk to his father about them.

Her expression clearly showed that she didn't want to come face to face with Lucifer after everything that happened but she knew the gravity of the situation and hence even though the hesitation she did agree to do this.

Alexa asked me to move forward and she will follow me after she had a talk with her mother. I didn't know how will she go in but I think she would let Erica go in and very covertly bring her mother to her. Whatever she wanted to talk was definitely something important but unknown amd I didn't want to force her to say anything.

I went back the same way Alexa taught me to. She was way better at being a covert fighter or more of she had every skill to become an assasin.

Village was also now filled with soldiers and that is why I couldn't go back there so, in the road I found a safe place to wait for Alexa and after she came back we went deep into the forest and found a cave.

The cave seemed to have been used because we found some burned sticks emitting smoke. We guessed that someone used to live here so we just waited there for someone to come because if someone lived here recently then that person would come back which he didn't even at night.

We both took a sleep in the cave that night after eating some cooked vegetables and some fruits. There was no method of cooking rice and stuffs without the raw items. We were full eating those things.

I remember before going to sleep there was a thunderstorm with heavy rains. The cave was strong and very well did the job of a shade and nothing happened to either of us.

Tonight felt a little different and off, don't know why but something didn't seem normal. I was sleeping and to say this one was deep yet tiring because for some reason I didn't know. The dream must be the reason because the dream felt way too real.

In the dream I was with a guy and that guy was being attacked, I was still there and trying to fight and as I saw him loose it gave me stress. I saw heavy fighting before waking up. A drop of cold sweat slowly dripped down my head. I saw Alexa holding my hand almost trying to wake me up. In the back of this was the sound of lightning and the rain. The smell of rain kept dancing around my nose.

"Are you fine?" Alexa asked.

"Ummm no that okay, I am fine. Totally."

"Are you sure? I heard you scream in your sleep."

"Yes. I am fine just go to sleep. We have few long days planned." I said and focused on our mission to get all of the people out, cutting myself off from that dream.
