Dating Idol’s Grandson

"You are beautiful," Ryan commented as he gazed at Rose who just came out of the bathroom.

She decided on casual wear, putting on some outdoor black joggers and a loose white t-shirt which she put inside her pants. Although her slim waist got hidden behind her outfit, it didn't stop him from admiring her looks.

"Well, I still didn't do my hair but I guess a simple ponytail will do," Rose replied and approached the big mirror, pulling our two strands of her hair and letting them loose on both sides of her face.

"You would look amazing no matter what style you pick."

"Thank you." Rose smiled at his compliment and walked up to him, giving him a peck kiss as a reward.

With a kiss, she reached out behind him and took her jumper, wearing it on top of her outfit to maximize the comfy levels.

"Shall we go?"

Rose kneeled to pick her suitcase up but Ryan quickly stopped her, "Let me. It's probably heavy."

The suitcase was fully packed while being almost half the size of her yet Ryan grabbed the handle and lifted it as if it was nothing. Rose blinked twice, looking like she still wasn't used to his strength.

Ryan smirked and grabbed onto Rose's waist, pulling her into his arms before announcing, "Okay, now we can go. I got what's most important, you."

"Tsk, are you going to carry me?" Rose asked jokingly, seeing how he embraced her but then her expression changed, realizing he was capable of doing so.

"Wait, wait! I was joking!" Rose called out to stop him but it was too late, her body already lifted up in the air.

"Any other wishes Milady?"

"Yes, put me down," Rose demanded.

"Are you sure? I'm quite liking it down here," Ryan muttered happily while rubbing his head against her chest as Rose squeezed it in search of something for support.

"Ryan!"

Rose finally raised her voice, forcing him to let go. Thankfully, she couldn't be mad at him she quickly heard her banter again.

"If you do it again, I will hit you."

To her surprise, Ryan gazed at her as if he was seriously considering her proposal. She ended up ignoring him and pulled on his hand, leaving the room.

When they walked downstairs, they noticed a difference in Dana's usual behavior.

She was beaming with excitement, chatting eagerly with Ryan's mother.

The moment they spotted them, Dana immediately looked at Rose and questioned with a hint of blame, "Rose! Why didn't you tell me that Miss Elizabeth is Ryan's Grandma? You know how much we love her. Why didn't you share?"

Rose's eyes widened as she replied confused, "Miss Elizabeth? What? How?"

She was quickly dumbfounded, her brain lagging to comprehend.

"Wait, so you didn't know?" Dana asked, equally surprised, "Mrs. Morgan said Ryan told you everything."

As if they were synced, both mother and daughter gazed at Ryan, expecting an explanation.

Cough!

Ryan cleared his throat, realizing he messed up.

"I wanted to tell you many times but each time something came up," Ryan justified before adding while pulling her closer and looking into her eyes, "I also wanted you to like me for me, not for my grandma. I know she is your idol. I'm sorry, I should have told you earlier."

How could Rose be mad at him when he was like this?

"Don't worry, my feelings for you would not change even if your grandma was a queen," Rose assured while caressing his cheek, before turning into the devil and pinching it, "But how could you hide it for so long?! It's Miss Elizabeth!"

"Mrs. Morgan said Miss Elizabeth will come back to the city on Sunday and even invited us to the dinner! We will be able to meet her personally!" Dana called out excitedly, finally revealing why she was so hyped. "Grandpa will come back too so we can all meet together. Isn't that fantastic?"

"My mom even sent me a message, confirming she will come. It seems like she took a liking to Rose as she mentioned to take good care of her," Mrs. Morgan added happily, sharing the same enthusiasm as the other two ladies.

"Ah! This is the best day ever. My Rose will study under Miss Elizabeth. What else can I wish for?" Dana said, full of smiles.

Ryan noticed Rose looked the same, happy to meet her idol but she forgot something important.

Elizabeth Morgan was a Pure Vampire. Their situation was much more complicated than just succeeding the company and studying fashion.

With the way his grandma treated humans, he didn't trust her yet, even though they were blood-related.

"Alright, it's time for us to get going. I still need to prepare dinner at home for today," Ryan's mom announced as she stood up from the table and gazed at Dana. "So we see each other on Sunday? You have my number so you can call me if you want to meet earlier."

"Yes! I will call once I have some free time. We can get some coffee in the mall and chat," Dana agreed eagerly as if they were old friends.

Rose's parents sent her own daughter away with smiles, forgetting she was going to sleep at her boyfriend's house.

"It seems like your parents already gave you to me," Ryan commented as he placed the suitcase in the trunk of their car. "They seem really happy that you will stay with me."

"I think they are just happy I'm dating Miss Elizabeth's grandson," Rose replied, not falling for his teasing.

Click.

He closed the trunk and asked playfully, "Do you think they will mind if you sleep with me every day?"

"Tsk, who will sleep with you?" Rose teased back but Ryan only grabbed her waist and whispered into her ear confidently, "You."

"Okay, you two, don't flirt in front of mom," Ryan's mom called out as she finally walked back to the car after exchanging the last few words with Dana. "Get in the car."

Ryan only smirked to that and gave Rose a look as if saying, 'we will talk about it later. Get ready.' She replied with the same and they got in the car, sitting at the back together.

He didn't expect to receive an additional scolding before his mom even started the car.

"You should stop kissing Rose on the neck. Look how many love bites you left on her. How do you expect Rose to show herself in public like this? There are other places you can kiss where no one else can see it."

Ryan couldn't help but grin, turning to Rose to tease her more but she glared at him, mouthing a few words very clearly.

'Don't you dare…'

After Ryan's incident, there were some rumors but aside from that, life in the university didn't change one bit, returning to normal. Students attended classes, chatted during breaks, or ate lunch together. Nothing out of ordinary.

Until that one moment when a weird person appeared in the campus area, walking around in a full black cloak. It wouldn't be that strange if his hood wasn't fully down, literally blocking his vision yet he seemed like he knew where he was going.

It was lunchtime so a crowd of students was gathered in the park but there wasn't anyone who dared to mess with the cloaked person, getting out of the way. Even if it was some kind of a prank, it was still better safe than sorry. Some even reported him to the guards who quickly blocked his way, planning on uncovering the prankster.

"Jokes over. Take off your hood. You are scaring other students," the guards ordered, not scared at all.

The weird person stopped and reached out inside his sleeve, pulling out a phone. He played with it for a second before displaying a picture to the guards.

"Do you know him? His name is Ryan Morgan. I'm searching for him."

A youthful voice came out from under the hood, convincing the person was a man.

"There are thousands of students at this University. We don't know everyone," The guard replied as he only glanced at the picture and repeated, "I asked you to take off your hood. Only students are allowed on the campus. If you are not a student, please leave."

"I guess I need to find someone who knows him," the man muttered and tried to walk around the guards but they for sure didn't like how he ignored their words.

They reached out to stop the man when he moved like a lightning, grabbing both arms and twisted them, forcing the two guards into his knees.

"Argh! Let go!" The guards ordered, clearly in pain and the man listened, walking away while warning coldly.

"Don't waste my time. Stop me once again and I will show you what's pain."
