Artemis agrees to search for Julian and return him back to Selene. The hunting goddess can anyone almost effortlessly. A few days go by and she finds footprints in the ground.
Artemis: Look like human tracks
Artemis: The kid must've been here already
She continues her search. Meanwhile, Hades is in the underworld watching everything that's transpired. With a smug look, he said...
Hades: "Looks like things are going according to plan. Wouldn't you say, Ares?"
Ares: You do know I only agreed to help you so I can defeat Zeus. What is the meaning of this? What will this accomplish?
Hades: In due time nephew, in due time
The two gaze into a mirror portraying the zodiacs gathering towards the academy but Hades notices Artemis creeping from behind.
Ares: What is she trying to do?
Hades: Trying to interfere!!!
Ares and Hades work together to stop Artemis. They combine their power to create a storm that disorients Artemis from seeing the others. As the storm rages, Artemis can no longer hear herself think. Her feet began to root into the ground and her muscles tightened.
Artemis: What's happening? What is this coldness that I'm feeling?
Artemis: Hades? Is this your doing? A new game of yours?
Artemis quickly contacted Selene for help. Selene channeled her power to emit the moonlight but Hades had another trick up her sleeve. Hades increased the warmth to the raging storm. The humidity had the goddess on the verge of unhinged but her sheer determination propelled her to keep going. As humidity began to melt the clothes off her body, Artemis looked up and saw the light of the moon emit above the storm. With one shot the hunting goddess yelled "light the way" as she shot her arrow up towards the moon where a huge flash burst putting the storm to an end. Hades' smug look while leaning back in his mighty chair soon disappeared and a grimacing face began to take form. The moonlight provided direction for the zodiacs traveling to the academy.
Artemis: Yes! The storm is over and the others can continue moving forward.
In one step her knees buckled and legs trembled. Artemis used all her power in that one shot and lost consciousness. Hades noticed and grew pleased with the events transpired.
Hades: Well at least the storm wasn't a total failure. It derailed the children momentarily and it got rid of the pesky bug buzzing around.
Ares: What will we do with her?
Hades: Leave that to me
