At one place, an accident on a rainy night turned a high school graduate, Mu Lihai's life upside down. He was sent abroad in order to help him recover from the memories of that day and his head was filled with nothing but guilt, believing that he had killed someone and become a murderer.

On another place, Li Yao was devastated. Her mother had died on an unprecedented accident and she didn't know what really happened on that day. Her life wasn't the same anymore and she lived with nothing but hatred. Hatred towards the person who hit her mother with his car and hatred towards her relatives who never got past arm's length but wanted to covet her parents' wealth.

What would happen if fate decided to play the two as main characters of their story? And what would become of them as they crossed path and were unknowingly attracted with the other on the first sight? 

They confessed and followed their heart. 

But as one day.. she got to know the truth, would her love stay or stray?

Once he became aware of his own sin towards the woman he loved, would he choose to just let go or to hold tight?

His Little Lover: Finding the Way Back

After their shopping, Mu Lihai and Li Yao walked again and they found a restaurant to eat. They took their seats and ordered food. Mu Lihai sat across Li Yao as he listened to her story about her recent work life. He noticed Li Yao rarely talked about her past. Most of her chatter consisted of her current life she was living alone. 


"You don't want to tell me about your past? Like.. before you mother's passing." Mu Lihai unconsciously blurted out what he was thinking of. Li Yao sat there saying nothing and he looked away, feeling a bit awkward for asking. He scolded himself inwardly.


"It's not that I don't want to talk about it." she faced him with a smile. Mu Lihai immediately knew she was holding back something in her mind. 


"Tell me. I'll be listening." he assured her. He took her hand on the table and gently squeezed her it.
