At one place, an accident on a rainy night turned a high school graduate, Mu Lihai's life upside down. He was sent abroad in order to help him recover from the memories of that day and his head was filled with nothing but guilt, believing that he had killed someone and become a murderer.

What would happen if fate decided to play the two as main characters of their story? And what would become of them as they crossed path and were unknowingly attracted with the other on the first sight?

But as one day.. she got to know the truth, would her love stay or stray?

Once he became aware of his own sin towards the woman he loved, would he choose to just let go or to hold tight?

Mu Lihai opened his eyes slowly, getting himself accustomed to the light in the room. And when he thought it was already alright for him to see clearly, he turned his head, looking around the entire private room.

He recognized this room. When he was younger, he would always visit this kind of VIP room from Xu's First Hospital since he had a weak constitution after getting the bacterial infection. Mu Lihai recalled his childhood years where he was always being taken care of very carefully since his parents were a complete worrywart.

They sent him here almost every month to have a check-up on his condition. His mother especially, had always been blaming herself that it was her negligence and fault that he got infected and then became sick. She said she wasn't a good mother but Mu Lihai knew she was the best he could ever ask for in this life.
