Pocy and Zark

Everyone present looked at the pirate surprisingly, except the green-haired Marine.

'I understood everything! As I guessed earlier, he must have lost a family member and this person is none other than his father! After seeing Mr. Pochi, he saw his father figure now dead in him.' He thought with tears in his eyes.

'What a golden boy, a person like him deserves the best in his life.' He kept thinking, deciding to act for the sake of this fantastic citizen.

He went to the pirate's side, looked at Pocy and bowed.

"Mr. Pocy, please become his father!"

The people around didn't take these words seriously, everyone on this island knew the green-haired marine.

"Stupid! Stop acting like this!" He took the Marine forcefully and placed it beside him.

Pocy was not all muscle and no brain; he immediately understood that something was wrong with the declaration of the man in front of them.

"Excuse me, he's a good guy, he just lets himself get carried away a little too much." He said pointing to the green-haired Marine before slapping them on the back of the neck, "Apologize to him."

"Yes! Hello honest and wonderful citizen, I am Zark Kraz, you can consider me the right arm of Mr. Pocy... AH NO! He's left-handed, so you can think of me as his left arm, his best man! I didn't understand why I have to apologize to you but I apologize!"

He spoke quickly showing different types of expression.

The pirate was watching the whole scene in silence; he did not understand the situation very well.

Seeing his confused expression, Pocy said to him, "I'm already married I'm sorry, how about telling me everything while I offer you some drinks from the island?"

He understood that the man in front of him was a pirate, and he was behaving this way for anxiety, with the addition of the matter of marriage, he was 70% certain that it was all the work of Shanks.

'He wants me to take him to the captain.' The pirate thought.

He nodded to Pocy and together they left the base.

Shortly after, they arrived at the ship and together they went up.

Pocy was now 100% convinced.

Seeing Shanks, Lucky Lou, Yasopp and Benn, he could not help laughing aloud and running towards them.

"How nice to see you again!" Shanks and the company talked to him a little about the old days.

When the party was over, Shanks explained the story to his friend and had the bandits taken away.

Pocy started by taking the boss Higuma to the base, then returning with Zark.

"Zark brings these bandits to the base," Pocy ordered his companion.

"Yes, sir!" He replied as reported in the manual, and then showed the hidden eye, a rainbow-colored eye. He looked at the bandits and then turned them into colored spots.

"What!?" The pirates looked surprised.

"It's nothing, don't worry!" Pocy said without revealing anything.

He had only told his four old friends about Zark's powers.

"You told us about the boy, but I didn't expect such powers without him having swallowed a devil fruit..." Shanks murmured to Pocy.

"Mm, please don't tell anyone; those experiments done on him were horrible. I don't want him to go back to those days." Pocy said to Shanks, already knowing he wouldn't tell anything.

Shanks nodded and told him of the Haki of the conquering king of the Naked Kid.

Once everything was settled, the five greeted each other.

It was night, before falling asleep Shanks decided to return to Foosha village for the last time, and then set off on his journey.

[The next morning]

Asdrerd was the first to wake up, got up around 5 A.m to go to the forest to train; yesterday he had managed to understand something, but not enough to control the power of the Logia.

Arriving at the forest, he began his classic routine.

Hours passed...

[10 a.m.]

Luffy got up and went to eat at Makino. Once finished he headed for the sea to learn to swim.

[4 p.m.]

Shanks' ship arrived at the port of the village and immediately noticed a good number of people who were looking at the sea.

"Makino, what's up?" He ran to the green-haired woman who was crying.

"Luffy is gone!" She said crying to the man in front of her.

"How did it disappear?" Fearing something had happened during his absence, Shanks also began to worry.

He relaxed trying to perceive the surrounding environment but found nothing.

"Luffy ..."

"He said he would start his swimming training before leaving the bar, it was about 11 a.m when he was done eating." Makino tried to give information, hoping Shanks could find him.

"Maybe he's playing somewhere? It only disappeared for a few hours." Lucky Lou knew how lively the boy was.

"No! It is impossible! He didn't come to eat anything for lunch." Makino announced with absolute certainty that he must be in trouble for not looking for food.

Shanks had seen how much the boy ate during his stay, now he too was convinced of Luffy's disappearance.

"We will help look for it!" Shanks hugged the woman and told him men to search all over the island and try asking around.

30 minutes passed and some pirates returned to their captain to inform him.

"Boss! A gentleman saw Luffy running towards the sea by 11:30 a.m."

"A woman said she saw the boy go to the sea and stumble on a stone, she also says she can make a mistake, but she saw Luffy's leg extend upon impact."

Various pirates said to the captain the news they had learned.

"Extend?" Realizing something, Shanks ran to the ship and called Lucky Lou who was on the boat.

He quickly explained the situation. Shortly after they entered the room they used for treasures, and saw the closed chest resting on a table, opened it and...

"Empty!" Shanks murmured.

"He said he wanted to learn to swim..." He blamed himself for not being careful when they brought the trunk to the bar. He was worried since Luffy did not know the consequences of the devil fruit.

'Hopefully nothing happened.' Shanks thought as he left the room.

Once out he heard someone scream.

"𝘽𝙊𝙊𝙊𝙊𝙊𝙎𝙎! 𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀 𝙄𝙎 𝙉𝙀𝙒 𝙉𝙀𝙒𝙎!" One of his companions on the ground shouted at him waving his hand.
