They walk and take a look, seeing a bunch of runes inscribed using gold ink and the divine aura coming from the tablet, they are pretty sure that this thing is important."

"Wait! Did you say Authority?" Rin asks.

"That right, those are the Authority i got yesterday, i can't use it so i create a tablet for you guys, check it, i'm pretty sure that it will be useful for you girls."

All of them look at Lou with a complicated manner, they did not expect that Lou would value them very much even though he doesn't remember any of them.

The Authority from defeating the Chinese Weather Trio, Bo Feng the green warrior of wind, Yu Shi the blue warrior of rain, and Lei Gong the red warrior of thunder.

Effect:

Aerokinesis: Absolute domination over winds, can generate a storm and its strength is extremely overwhelming.

Thermokinesis: Precisely control a temperature around the body, this prevents from getting wet or cold from climbing a snow mountain.

Cyrokinesis: Ability to combine his storm and rain to create a blizzard.

Summons a book, all the magic that exists on earth can be written and executed successfully by this spell book.

This authority is capable of stealing knowledge about arcane arts from other individuals. Users can choose to take only one spell or all of them from their target. The stolen spell will be inscribed into the tome.

"Controlling different kinds of elements is pretty to overpower, even one absolute control means that person will be a powerhouse in near future," Nobuna said.

"Not only that, a bunch of absolute ability plus ability combinations is pretty overpowered for our current strength." Rias comment.

The girls then start to talk to each other, they basically know who is the right user for these two abilities, one is Akeno, then Moka, and last is Chikka.

Thye pick Akeno because they know that she will follow Rias in case she marries Lou in the future, giving her an advance is not really a problem.
