Looking at her face, Lou could not help but pinch it and said," Smile."

After a couple of more tries, Lou failed, and accepted that she can't smile at all, she doesn't even know how to laugh or even feel sad.

Looking at her confused face, it seems that she doesn't even know a kiss at all, without any thought, Lou grabs her hand. Pull her towards him, touch her cheeks, and then bow down to give her a simple kiss.
