Reality Warping
Users can create, shape, and manipulate reality, the sum or aggregate of all that is real or existent within a system, just by thinking about it; while weaker users are limited to what is already considered "real," stronger ones can make changes from nothing. Depending on the power of a reality warper, they may alter something as tangible as physics and the universe to something inconceivable like logic.
The way the power actually works is when the user controls the very existential state of anything depending on their proficiency, regardless of whether or not the entity in question is an object or subject, among so many or most others depending on their power scale. It can range from transmogrifying objects or subjects into something different, altering the laws of reality, logic, and physics, creating things out of thin air, to even outright erasing it on the spot.
Any and all scientific or natural laws such as biology, causality, physics, or even time, they no longer apply to the user. Yes, for all intents and purposes, a Reality Warper can literally do anything they want. Anything.
The key issue here is how far one can take this. A character with a mild form of this power may be able to fly by negating the effect of gravity on himself/herself. A major case of this may be able to hiccup and accidentally tear the space-time continuum. High-end Reality Warpers tend to be related to the setting itself, such as being one of the sentient cosmic laws. For the really high-end ones, see Alpha Realty.
Running into characters with such powers can be incredibly chancy. Arguing with the more powerful ones may well be futile, especially since they can literally reject your reality and substitute their own.

"Who are you?" Apollo can't help but to ask.
"You don't need to be wary of me, I don't bring any harm, I'm here to help him."
"Help Lou? Are you perhaps the cause of all of this?"
"That's right, at the very start, I know this thing will happen to him if he ever wants to ascend. The only thing I miscalculated is that he ascended pretty fast that I almost forgot to warn him in advance." She softly said.
Hearing her voice, Apollo can't help to imagine who is this mysterious benign helping Lou behind, she never heard or felt someone as powerful as her near Lou.
"You don't need to think, we never met at all. By the way, I'm going now, tell Lou that he needs to go home after this.... I miss him very much." The voice then faded, base on her last sentence, Apollo can trace weakness from that being.
"So the information is right, there's no powerful "Reality Warping" user, they are all weak in physique."
After the dark cloud finally settles, Apollo starts to heal Eva and Mars, both of them suffering heavy damage from Thunder Tribulation, they need a lot of time to recover, or maybe years just to get back to their peak.
As she heals them, Apollo notices a strange Mana inside of Eva and Mars, it's unknown how those Mana enter inside of them but seeing there's no harm about it, she just lets it be and starts checking Lou's body.

After carefully putting the three of them on the same bed, Apollo did not waste anymore time and start contracting Unit-Clairvoyance Ability
It's a combination of complex Spell Block Ability that can easily block Lower and Mid God Rank, because Apollo is still in weak condition, she can only make an easy spell.
