When Riser arrives at the Base Hall, he sees Rias and Lou chatting calmly as if they are not inside of Rating Game, making the fire from his wings flare-up.

"Rias! What are you doing!"

"Oh~ Riser, you're here, so are you ready to forfeit?"

"Forfeit? Are you crazy? I'm here to end this ridiculous game!"

Riser raises his arms throwing a small fireball towards them, but the main target is Lou who is calmly sitting with them.

Seeing this, Rias clay flick her finger sending a small strand of Power of Destruction colliding on the fire that he created.

"You really belittling me Rias!"

"Not really~"

Pssst

Like a fire hitting water, the ball of fire dissolves easily.

"W-What?! What did you do!"

"Nothing? Can't you see?"

"No it's impossible! The fire of a Phenex is not easy to extinguish!"

He tried again but this time, he shot a flame thrower toward Rias.

Seeing his attack, Rias raises her hand and a red barrier appears around them.

The flame and the barrier collide, and the result is unimaginable, the Barrie is like a magic absorbing spell that continuously absorbs Riser's flame.

The most amazing of them all is that the Barrier not only absorbs the Flame of Riser but also constantly improves using his flame.

Riser stops until seeing the gigantic barrier form around Rias and Lou, he knew that even if he poured all his magic power, he was only helping them to enhance their barrier.

"Are you just going to hide there like a turtle Rias? You will never win if you do that" Riser said.

"I never said I will hide here, Riser." Rias replied, sending a small ball of destruction towards him.

"Hahahahaha~ your attack is useless for me! I'm an immortal!"

The attack hit Riser's left arm disintegrating it into nothing and Riser, who was calmly recessive, is now suffering from unimaginable pain.

He doesn't know why the attack hurts very much but he knows that the pain is only at the start and his power will eventually restore it.

Members of the Phenex Clan, earned their renown from their three demonic powers, which were similar to the Phoenix, Suzaku, and Fenghuang. Their power of Immortality, lets them regenerate body parts in flames, which restores them to their previous conditions in flames, making them difficult opponents for those without immense power; powerful flame comparable able to incinerate opponents, wounding Dragons and Scale Mail wearers; and creating and controlling wind.

As a member of the Phenex Clan, Riser shares his family's signature regeneration abilities, being able to regenerate lost limbs and recover from wounds instantaneously. However, his regeneration is entirely dependent on his level of Demonic energy.

Being drenched in enhanced Holy Water caused high amounts of damage which stopped his regeneration altogether and he seemingly couldn't heal damage that was inflicted on him by Issei while he was using a holy cross. His regeneration was also the cause of his arrogance, thinking it makes him immortal.

And right now, the power of Rias is something that even the Phenex Clan Unique Ability cant handle.

"What's happening to me!"

"Why is my ability not working!"

"I'm an Immortal! How can I feel pain!"

"Rias! What did you do!"

"It seems Rias finally found the essence of her unique Power." Sirzechs said while watching the Rating Game.

"The Gremory Clan, Power of Destruction. Is the most powerful Demonic Power in the Underworld, even the Phoenix Flame can easily extinguish if you know the essence of it."

"It seems the Game finally ends here, that kid from Phenex Clan is no match to Rias."

"That's right."

"Ha~ i already said to that kid that don't be arrogant, now he found his opponent and his opponent is the girl that he wants to marry."

"Are you looking for that, Lady Phenex?"

"Im fine, i already warned that idiot boy but he never listens to me, this is fine at least someone can teach him a lesson."

Meanwhile, on the other side of the room, Grayfia and Serafall are sitting together, they are also watching the game but their attention is not on the both contenders.

The two of them are looking at Lou who is calmly sitting behind Rias, they did not expect to see him of all places here.
