Afraid to be happy

"I brought you lunch but it looks like you're eating. Instead of being thrown away, how about we just spend the two of us together?"

Mia can only smile awkwardly when Juan opens his lunch box and one box that should be for her, he puts it between his box and Mia's lunch box.

"I see you often take photos of chickens, so I'm guessing that your favorite food is chicken. This is a chicken stew made by my mother. I purposely asked her to make it special for today because yesterday I accidentally saw you in the company cafeteria." It was clear that Juan had said quite a lot even though Mia just kept quiet and smiled faintly.

"I never thought that I would work in the same company with you."

"Mia... I think we're the same age, maybe I'm a year older than you. My face is cute but doesn't think of me as a child. And let's be close friends."

Mia was silent, Juan was very friendly even too friendly.
