chapter 2

Tony closed his eyes and pointed his face up to the ceiling trying to recall his memories of that day. Although it was quite difficult to do so, on that day it was like he had come out of a horrible dark cold place. His memories of that day were and had continued to this very day to be a jumbled and mixed mess. He shook his head.

"I can't go trying to remember the past. Especially not today" He thought to himself

So he got dressed, he put on a dark suit and tie. He then made his bed, then crossed the room to the door, opened it and left to go down to the kitchen where his father was waiting.

His father Jack Frigger was sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee looking out the kitchen window. Hearing Tony come in he turned away from the window.

"I made some toast for you before we go." His father said

Gesturing to a plate on the table with two pieces of bread with butter on them.

"Thanks" said tony

Sitting down beside his father to eat the toast. As he ate the toast his father handed him a cup of coffee to go with it. He accepted the cup and took a small quick swig of the coffee to wash down the rest of the toast. Then he turned to look out the window, the sun was now just above the horizon above the tree line. He then looked back to his dad.

" Ok dad, lets go." He said to his father

So Tony and his father walked out to the front yard. Tony unlocked their truck, got in with his father, started it and drove off toward the cemetery.

When they arrived, there was a thin mist on the cemetery grounds. He shut the truck off and got out with his dad.

"Ok then, let's go say hi to mom." His father said.
