Escape Plan

Lin Fan used the law the law of metal to start peeling off the wood covering Han Zhou's grandmother's body. The more wood he removed from her body, though, the more he realized calling her a grandmother was completely inappropriate.

He started by removing the wood from her chest as he wanted to have some practice when he finally got to her face. He gently carved the wood off her large bosom and then moved to her backside and removed the little imperfections until he could see the dress gliding down her leg.

She had beautiful golden streaks of hair that spread down her back which Lin Fan used as a guide to chisel the remainder of her body. He finished removing all the wood off her face and then finally made his way to her eyes.

The beautiful young woman had her hands folded like she was praying with a strange light glowing around her body. Lin Fan finally took off the wood on her eyes and saw her eyes begin to twitch as he felt his [ethereal heart clock] begin to ring.

Since reaching a higher level of mastery thanks to the [heart of time] tome, he was able to sense when someone was utilizing the law of time. He sighed and activated the [ethereal heart clock] and caused a clock roughly the size of two heads to appear next to him.

It now started to make sense why Han Zhou's grandmother had survived all this time. The time she let pass for her inside of the wooden statue was probably less than a day. She opened her eyes and suddenly coughed and fell into Lin Fan's arms. He caught her and felt her light, supple chest gently brush against his face as Han Zhou sighed and turned around...

"We got to get out of here Lin Fan... I'm glad you revived one of my relatives, but she's probably too unstable to be transferred to the outside world..."

"She'll be fine... I also have a feeling your grandmother might have mastered the law of time... She could probably become a demi-god from the law of time anytime she wants..."

Han Zhou nodded his head and floated back to the top of the temple as he looked into the sky. The Dragon Kin in the Sky Camp were beginning to set up a perimeter, but were so worried about getting attacked again that some spots were left open.

Han Zhou sent the temple downward and began heading back to the Fan Sect at an extremely slow speed. He sighed and reached to grab Lin Fan's hand as he walked with his teenage looking mother slowly up the steps.

Because of how unstable the energy around Han Zhou's grandmother was at this time, Lin Fan had to be careful as he brought her up the stairs. If he activated his spiritual energy, or even a single law, the void might increase the pressure on Han Zhou's grandmother and send her into the abyss...

"Give me your hand... You're going to have to fly with her and me as fast as you can... Since you're willing to risk all three of our lives, you better be as fast as I think you are..."

"They won't even see a flash of light... Besides, I owe your grandmother for making you... Remember, your father can't claim that anyone ever had any more power of him than this beautiful girl..."

"Since she's in my arm, that also means that I have power over your dad... As one of your closest friends, I promise to not sacrifice the opportunity to continue the family line..."

"Jokes or death..." Han Zhou said with a serious expression... "Hand... We have less than ten seconds before I predict a large amount of Demi-Gods will be coming in our direction..."

Lin Fan nodded his hand and grabbed Han Zhou's hand and instantly appeared in the outside world. He immediately grabbed Han Zhou's hand and activated the law of space and the law of lightning before a golden light once again appeared on his body.

He didn't know what that golden light was, but that was his god energy seeping out from his body thanks to his perfect bone augmentation. His bones were so strong that they were causing a golden light to emanate every time energy spread through them.

Lin Fan smiled and like a bolt of lightning shot into the distance and disappeared straight into the clouds.

A few of the demi-gods thought about flying after Lin Fan, but one extremely large Dragon Kin with grey scales and fire red eyes stopped the Dragon Kin's from chasing...

"That speed can only be accomplished at the Mortal Shedding Realm... That must be Pox Ran..."

The Dragon Kin smirked and nodded his head as he looked at the clouds melt from the shadow bursting forward at a quick tempo...

"That's a sign that the assassination of Han Zhou is about to start... Let's see if that old smug bastard keeps smiling in the silent world..."
