Chapter 3: Little Jade

"So you're saying that I am your master, right?" Even though this man is as handsome as a god, Cheng Feng Yi still can't help to be irritated by the fact that he just brought her here without saying or informing her first. What will he do if he's a scaredy cat and die because of what he did? Can he bring her back alive?

"Yes. Technically since your mother passed the ownership to you." The man still have a smile on his face even though Cheng Feng Yi staring at him with her death glare. He even enjoying the different expressions in her face. It's a new feeling for him.

"You really know my mother? Then can you tell me if my mother really I dead? Or she just run away because she can't stand staying with that scum man?" Cheng Feng Yi question the still smiling man in front of her. She really want to know where her mother is if alive or where her mother's remain is buried if dead. In her past life, because of an absence of her mother's presence in her life, Chen Feng Yi fall for their schemes and traps. Now, she badly crave for her mother's presence even though it's kinda late.

"Hmm... You're still weak to know the answer. Therefore, you need to be strong first for you to know. Just remember, this space was left to you by your mother. You must remember to never say it's existence to anyone because it may endanger not only your life but also those someone you wish to protect. Now, I'll pass you a cultivation manual suitable for you to practice and the access of the first floor of this space. Also you need to remember, if your strong that's the time where you can control your fate. So push yourself to the limit to discover your true strength. Hmm... That's all, you can go back." The man didn't deny or answer her question about her mother and just lecture her about things she must know or rather she knows.

By the time Cheng Feng Yi is back to her room, sitting in her hard bed, new memories filled her head which give her pain.

Minutes passed before the pain subside.

"Hah! Who would've thought that a trash box like that was hiding a treasure. What a shock!" Cheng Feng Yi's sickness flare again as she started to talk to herself.

"Master, what are you doing?" A voice abruptly heard in what she feels near.

"Again? Why would I experience this again? Can you just show up? I'm tired of this kind of game."

"What game master? I don't know we're playing games master. Besides, I can't show up master. I can't get out of this place. It's prohibited." A voice sounded again near her ear with an obvious pout in the speaker though you can't see it.

"Then where are you? Maybe I can go to you instead."

"Ah, right! You can go here instead master. Just think to come inside your space."

Following the voice's instruction, Cheng Feng Yi imagined herself going inside of her space. A blink and Cheng Feng Yi feels her environment change.

Opening her eyes, the surroundings send shock to her core. If the forest she once saw in the space have a stifling aura, the place she was now was vastly different.

A field in front of her filled with countless flowers, herbs, and vegetables at the left, countless fruit trees at her right and an enormous palace at the front. The air was refreshing that every breath can make your body refresh. An art, a beautiful art of nature.

Cheng Feng Yi was still frozen, mesmerized by what in front of her when a fast shadow throw itself to her bosom. A normal person's subconscious reaction was to step aside and that was she did. Cheng Feng Yi dodge to the side and the shadow flew past her falling straight at the land face first.

"Master, wuwu T^T. Why you dodge me, master? Don't you want this treasure anymore? Wuwu T^T"

Seeing a crying face of a shota, Cheng Feng Yi massaged the bridge of her nose.

'What the? I just got here and what welcomed me is a crying shota?'

"Okay, okay! Stop crying. I dodge you because you didn't tell me before hand to catch you, okay. Stop, stop." Cheng Feng Yi pacified the shota to stop or else her head might explode.

"Re-really? Master didn't catch me because I didn't told you beforehand? Then if I tell you, you will catch me next time?" With a snot in it's face, it asked it's master for confirmation.

Watching the little shota crying with snot in it's face while looking at her with its big innocent eyes, Cheng Feng Yi's eyes unconsciously soften.

"Hmm..." Scooping it to its feet, Cheng Feng Yi carry it and walk towards the enormous palace.

"Can you tell me what this space is and your name?" Cheng Feng Yi used a much softer voice to talk to the little shota or else it might cry again.

"Yes, master. I'm Little Jade, this space first floor guardian. I'm a boy master, in case you thought I'm a girl."

Shock by the truth, "Oh, right? I thought... "

Cheng Feng Yi really thought he's a she. He looks like a girl though.

"No, master. I'm really a boy."

Seeing his looks who will cry at any moment, Cheng Feng Yi talk about another topic.

"Right, you still didn't answer me about this space." It's really a tiring job to have a little shota who like to cry every second by your side.

"Yes, master." Wiggling out of Cheng Feng Yi's arms, Little Jade drag his master to walk faster towards the palace.

Standing in front of it's huge gate, the shota's little jade like hand pushes the gate without a sweat.

"You see master, this space is called Haven Space. This space is divided into 9 floors with a guardian in each floor. Our previous owner is your mother who passed this space ownership to you, that's why you become our current master." Little Jade starts his explanation without her interruption.

Leading his master to walk inside the palace, the little shota continued. "This space will help you in your journey, master. You can cultivate here as the qi here is much more purer and denser than outside. And although there are many herbs planted outside, you can still plant some herbs missing. Every living being or thing you will put here in the future can benefit."

"Additionally, there are rooms here beneficial to you master. Like an alchemy room, weapons room, herbs room and many more. There's also a library here where you can find a cultivation technique suitable to you master. That's all you can know for now, master. Ah, also before forgot master, the time here is ten time faster than outside. So don't worry to stay here longer master."

Amazed by what she heard so far, Cheng Feng Yi decided to stay for a while.

"Wait, where can I test to know my element?" Now that she can feel the dense qi in the surroundings, it means she can now cultivate. But before she can cultivate, she need to know her element.

"This way, master." The little shota lead his master into the room where the test can take place.
