Chapter 229: The First Convention IV

The 2nd day of the convention started out with a bang, Everyone was excited and even joyous at such occasion hat is happening for the very first time in this world. The number of crowds present in the event are almost comparable to the big convention that are being conducted on earth, it was simply unparalleled.

What's more is that, Sephiria's cosplay which portray a certain fate character had literally enamored the young men. They felt dignity, charm, elegance, and even braveness just from this outfit alone. Even thought it is a battle garment, one cant deny the charm it beholds whoever wore such battle dress.

Naturally for the first part of the event, the mass games were first held as Shun invited volunteers from the crowd in order to enact the play through of such game. The first game is called truth or dare, the participants of the game are given the chance to pick between truth or dare. If the participants choose truth, they would need to divulge one of their secret to the crowd themselves, and if they choose dare, they would need to complete the challenge that is given by the host and hostess of the event.

Since the game has a total of 20 participants, the game itself lasted for about an hour, before Sephiria took over and brought it to another game. This time the game is called bring me.

This game involves the whole crowd present in the arena stadium, no matter what status you have, they can participate in the game as long as they have something that are asked for by the hosts. The game itself is simply what the name indicates, The host and hostess would ask the crowd to bring them a person of object that are naturally found in the event to them and present in in front of the crowd. Once the participants accomplished this, they would receive a price from the event host in a form of merchandise.

After that game, they then shifted next to the activity named talent search. In this activity, the host and hostess would choose volunteers in the crowd to showcase their talents for everyone to enjoy. It can be art, dancing, singing or etc. After that was done, they would then pick the winner among the volunteers in a form of democratic voting.

Once that was done, it was then time to shift it over towards the special guest of the event, as they are given a chance to perform for at least an hour towards the audience. Once that is done, both Shun and Sephiria handed over the mic towards the special guest that are coming up unto the stage and planned to rest their voice after three hours of shouting and hyping up everyone.

Upon entering the resting area, they were then congratulated by Aria, Millia, Shier , and Tony for the success of their hosting and handed them a bottle of water. Taking the water in one reach,  both Shun and Sephiria sat side by side as they gasped for breath and tried to recall everything that happened in the open stadium.

While they were resting, Sephiria's parents then came in not long after as they checked in their daughter and seemed to showcase their excitement for this event. Alongside it, they also checked her outfit once more as they took out some recording crystals and begun recording her in such dress.

In that moment, Cedric came in from the door as he looked around, before landing his sight towards Shun.

"Shun! come with me"

"... why? what's wrong?

"Its nothing much, the king... my father just wanted to talk to you"

Upon stating that, everyone then went silent again, as Duke Alan walked closer to Shun and begun reminding him to be courteous in front of the King no matter what. At the same time viscount Zack then entered the room as he checked in on his daughter Millia and somewhat understood the situation after listening in on the conversation.

After Duke Alan repeatedly warned Shun to be respectful, the latter then finally followed Cedric, as the person himself led them to the room where the royal family resides as spectators. Along the way, both Shun and Ceric then begun talking to each other as they somewhat recall the happenings in the convention.

"Good job out there! you literally hyped the crowd"

"Oh please, it is all due to my charm"

"Charm? well charm does also involves in hyping people up, but i do believe that being able to communicate extrovertly is also a big factor"

"Extrovertly? well that's new"

"Why?"

"Well i always consider myself as an introvert, since i'm a gamer and rarely goes out... but looks like having myself distanced from technology had changed  my way of handling my surroundings"

"Gamer? what's that?"

"Its just a term i have"

"... I see"

"...."

"...."

"Anyway! have you told your parents yet?"

"Tell them what?"

"You know you abandoning your engagement to Sephiria and instead choosing Wendy out of all people"

".... I haven't... but i will tell them sooner or later:

"Well i advise you to tell them now"

"... What do you mean?"

"I was planning to announce my engagement to Sephiria officially to the noble's world in her birthday... if i do that, i'm pretty sure that confusion will arise within the circle since most of them including your family, recognized Sephiria as your fiancée... in order to avoid chaos and confusion when that time comes, i would need you to officially announce choosing Wendy instead of her.... we need to straight things out"

"I see... that kind of concern... alright! i'll heed your word, i'll tell my parents after this event"

"Please do so"

Not long after, they then arrived by the door of the room where the royal family reside, as Cedric motioned for the guards to open up the door and let them in. Not long after the guards then opened up the door as Shun saw the room of the royal family literally littered with stuff and merchandise coming from the event itself.

It seems like due to the wealth of the family, all the royal members literally enjoyed themselves as they watched from their balcony while enjoying the fruits of their labor.
