Chapter 304: Conflict

[Island]

Next morning when everyone got up and ready to survive on the island on the third day. Shun together with Goran and Rosalyn, then begun moving as one group since the most important in survival in the wild is teamwork.

Of course there are occasionally people who can survive on their own in the wild, but for Shun and the others, they mostly likes to socialize in order to stay sane.

This time however the three of them are carefully crossing the the plains before heading to a cliff in order to know where they are currently at in the island. By doing this, they would also know what place to avoid and know where are theist populated area in this island.

During their walk, the group couldn't help but talk on what happened to them during their days alone on this island.

For Shun he mostly reclined what happened to him on the first day and how he had endured not eating for a whole night while in hiding. As for Goran he boasted that he had to fight a huge bear on his first day in order to enter its cave for shelter and eat grass whenever he is hungry, and that is when before he even met Shun.

Meanwhile in comparison to their experience, Rosalyn's experience is the most fruitful among them. After all the moment she landed on the island, she was immediately attacked by monsters who inhabited the place.

After killing her way through, she was then ambushed by students who were attracted by the noose of her battle. But since she was quite injured from her first battle, she then had no choice but to make her escape for the first day.

What's more she also accidentally drank a poisoned water causing her to convulseduring the night while a hing in pain all over her body, if it weren't for the mushroom she found on the nearby tree, she wouldn't have made it out on that night and would still be suffering on the 2nd day.

Once the sun had risen on the 2nd day, she then felt immense strength swelling inside her body, as she then returned and exact her revenge on the people that tried to eliminate her kn yhe first day. With that what comes next was simply a slaughter.

After all of that Rosalyn wandered the forest for the rest of the day until she found both Shun and Goran cooking some fish. That was the story till this moment with her.

"You had quite an adventure Rosalyn"

"Indeed I do, you have no idea how grateful I am when I finally was able to eat a proper food"

"Totally" replied by both Shun and Goran at the same time.

Hearing that all three of them laughed, as they felt that being together could ease their mind a bit.

They can't explain it into words, but all three of them felt comfortable in this group and exactly knew that none of them are capable enough to betray each other.

In that moment all three of them heard voices beyond the cliff, as they quickly rushed towards it and saw two group of students going against each other through shouts and screams, apparently this two group are arguing about a certain topic at hand.

Based on their uniform, it looks like the students that are arguing came from Ballad Academy and Orbium Academy. Alongside it the problem they had at hand is which group will be the one to subjugate the boss they had found kn the shrine nearby.

Since both Academy wanted to be the one to subjugate the monster, conflict naturally arose as neither side wanted to give in. After all base on the aura that the boss was exuding, everyone guessed that the treasure must be guarded by such a powerful monster.

In that heat of the moment, one student from Orbium Academy launched an attack to knock down a student from the Ballad Academy, which then led to an all out skirmish between the two Academy.

Upon seeing such spectacle, the three of them couldn't help but be engrossed on watching as they have never seen such conflict escalate this fast. In fact Shun was even tempted to pull out a popcorn in this state.

"This... this is chaos" said by Goran

"It is indeed, but since we are totally unrelated to it, all we have to do is watch from the sideline and witness on how two Academy groups destroy each other" said by Rosalyn

"I just wished I have something to eat while watching this fight" commented by Shun.

Not long after pillars of light begun to rise one after another into the sky, as this indicated that the students were being eliminated one after another in this conflict.

From then on, the three of them could see that the Orbium Academy students were being pushed back, causing them to call for reinforcements. Likewise the students from Ballad Academy also called for back up.

As time goes on more and more students are being eliminated due ti this nonsensical conflict.

Not long after while the two Academy were going at each other at the bottom of the cliff whe the three of them are watching from the top, Shun together with Goran and Rosalyn, sensed another presence near them. Causing all three of them to turn towards such direction in our wary and surprise.

From there a female student with its white long hair then walked out of the woods and faced all three of themwho are seemed to realized their situation at hand. Based on the badge on her uniform such student came from the Ascalon Academy and is bravely standing before three former representative students of the Gritonnia Academy.

From her presence alone, all three of them couldn't help but feel the chill and cold air permeating unto their skin as the girl infront of them seemed indifferent when facing people who are in another level than other students in terms of combat.

Like that they are then locked in combat as both sides waited for one of them to move.
