Chapter 3

~Medina's PoV~

I went straight to Kayleigh's room to check on her, but as usual the door was locked. I sighed and instead, headed to Summer's room and knocked.

"Frisk you in there?" I asked after knocking on Summer's bedroom door.

"Come in Magic, the door is open." said Summer from the other side of the door. I opened the door and walked in.

"What have you been up to, Frisk?" I asked Summer looking around her colorful room.

"Nothing much, just admiring the blue sky and wondering who my father is." Summer said and then she asked, "Don't you find it strange that none of us have the same personality or the same looks when we were all born on the same day?"

I nodded and answered truthfully, "Yes I do find it strange, but remember, mom loves us all equally, no matter what! Besides our birthday is tomorrow, meaning our blood ceremony will be held later that day. Mom gives us birthday presents too! Don't forget that, Frisk." I smiled brightly and pat Summer on the head.

"Yeah. I won't, I promise!" Summer said. "Magic? I find it strange that Chara stays away from us and never leaves her room, but last night I thought I heard a scream coming from the town. I tried to ask Chara if she heard it, but she wasn't in her room. Magic… Chara has a bunch of knives in her room. I'm really worried about her." Summer said with a hint of worry. I hugged her and told her to stay away from Kayleigh before I left her alone in her room.
