Chapter 13

~Kayleigh/Chara's PoV~

Two Years Later...

After days of training I finally got to go back to the World of the Living. I was sent to my body and opened my eyes. Lucifer was next to me as a black panther. I sat up, I was in my favorite hangout spot in the backyard. I smiled and got up, I looked down at my body, or at what I could see of it. It was the same as my Succubus form except more human.

"We should go, we can't stay here." Lucifer said via thoughts. I nodded and ran into the woods surrounding the castle. As soon as I reached the woods, I shifted into a wolf and ran until I found a suitable place for my den.

"Good night, father." I said to Lucifer via thoughts as I yawned. I fell asleep a minute later.

Several hours passed, I woke up and looked around. I stretched and yawned. I was still a wolf so I stood up on all four legs and stretched again. I went outside of my cozy little den and sniffed the air. I smelled something, no, someone, nearby. I recognized the scent as Amy's.

"Her note said that she was in the woods and that I can't let anyone know where she is." Amy said, then shouted as quietly as she could, "Chara?!?!" I crouched and pounced on her when she walked by. "AAAAAAAAAAH!" Amy screamed. I licked her face and jumped off her, wagging my tail. "Chara?" Amy asked after she calmed down and stopped screaming. I nodded and sat down, still wagging my tail. "But how? You were dead!" she said.

"Yes, but being undead has its advantages, does it not?" I told her via thoughts. "How long have I been gone?" I asked.

"Two years." Amy answered. I was just about to shift out of my wolf form when Lucifer growled at me. I nodded, knowing why Lucifer didn't want me to shift into my human form just yet. I can't let Amy know that I completed my transformation.

"My new name is Chara." I told Amy, laying down next to her as she sat down and started scratching me behind the ears. I smiled that doggy smile that Mika always used when she was happy, and started panting, clearly enjoying the attention.

"I can't believe it's been two whole years since you… erm… died." Amy said, smiling, as she continued to scratch me behind the ears. "You like that, don't cha?" She said, laughing. I rolled over and she rubbed my belly, giving me the kind of love and attention only she could give. Tiger, the black cat and Amy's familiar, who I saw as a fire cat, came bounding over.

"Hello, my feline friend." I said to Tiger who bowed down as soon as she heard my voice.

"Your highness! It is so wonderful to see you!" Tiger meowed.

"I take it you like it here, old friend." I said, still panting. Tiger nodded vigorously and rubbed up against Amy's arm. I looked at Amy, who had a look of shock on her face.

"Your highness?!?! I'm confused. I mean we are princesses but how- and of what-?" Amy said completely dumbfounded. I laughed, slowly losing control over my shifting powers for a second and Amy gets a slight glimpse of my new body. "What was that?" she asked.

I growled, "It was nothing, just an illusion of the light." I stood up and my ears twitched. I growled a warning, not knowing who, or what, I heard walking towards us. I sniffed the air, luckily the wind was blowing the scent towards me. Magic and Windbreak?!?! I yelped loudly and ran back to my den, Amy, and of course, Tiger, followed.

"Amy? Amy, where are you?" Windbreak said, sounding like a mother concerned about her kids.

"Amy, please! I didn't mean it! I know how important she was to you but you can't keep hiding from the truth! She's gone, Amy, why can't you understand that?!?" Magic said, sounding upset and slightly mad.

I looked at Lucifer and he nodded. I shifted out of my wolf form, revealing my human form. I was still in my succubus form so I used a glamour to make myself look and sound different, but human. I ran out and yelled, "Leave her alone! She doesn't want to talk to you!" I sounded like an 18 year old goth girl.

"Who the heck are you?" asked Magic. She was glaring at me.

"I'm possibly your worst nightmare." I said smirking, showing off my vampire fangs that I've had ever since I was attacked by the vampire bat since the age of 3.

Windbreak tilts her head, she noticed the fangs. She was the only one who knew about me being a vampire for 15 years. "C-Chara?!?" She stuttered.

"Pleased you recognized these fangs of mine. That or you remembered that I'm the only vampire in this area that isn't an actual bat." I laughed, letting the sunlight gleam off my fangs. "What brings ya to the woods at this time of day?" I asked, it was a little after dawn.

"Windbreak that isn't Chara, she doesn't even look like her! You better not be going crazy too!!" Magic snapped.

"Tsk tsk tsk. Magic you were always thinking that what you see is always the truth. Well it's not. Your eyes aren't ready for my true form. Frisk has already seen it, she knows she can't stop me, no matter how long she trains, I will always be more skilled, more swift, more sneaky, more sly, more tricky to figure out. Admit it Magic, you don't like me, you never have. ACCEPT THE TRUTH!!" I shouted and lost control over my glamour, revealing my succubus form underneath. My DD cup breasts were practically on display based on all the skin my succubus' outfit shows off.

Both Magic and Windbreak gasp. "No way! Sh-she actually completed her transformation!" Magic said in shock. Windbreak just stared at me.

"Leave, now!" I shouted, my red eyes darkening. Magic and Windbreak ran. "Don't tell anyone or I will kill you." I shouted to their backs.

"Ch-Chara? Wh-why d-do yo-you-" Amy stutters and stopped when I turned around to look at her.

"Look different? Because I completed my transformation in Hell, Amy, with the help of my father, Lucifer." I said, watching her carefully. She gaped at me, clearly surprised that I knew who my real father was. "Before you ask, I've known ever since I turned six. Six is the devil's number after all." I said, smiling. "You and Tiger should get going before mom notices you're gone." I told Amy as I walked further into the cave that I have claimed as my den. I waited until I couldn't hear Amy and Tiger's footsteps before I punched the rock wall in frustration.

"Calm down my black jewel. You don't want to hurt yourself do you?" Lucifer said to me. I growled as I stared into his emerald green eyes. He backed away from me and whispered, "My black jewel, control it, don't let it control you. Don't let your anger get the best of you, rein it in and keep it hidden. Let it boil up inside you until you have to get rid of your angelic sister. You must be ready my black jewel, to face off against one of His messengers. I will leave you to it." He padded away from me, giving me my much needed space.

"Okay." I whispered to myself as I sat down and started meditating.

Hours passed and midnight had arrived. I left the cave and went out for a walk to stretch my aching limbs after sitting on the rock hard ground of the cave. I stopped when I heard something, or maybe it was someone, following me. I turned around and growled, loud enough for whatever was following me to hear. "I know you're there. Come on out and I won't hurt you." I snarled. A man walked out from behind a tree and looked at me.

"S-sorry, I didn't mean to follow, it's just-" he stuttered and stopped as he actually looked at me. I crossed my arms and narrowed my blood red eyes at the man. He started blushing and looked away.

"Just what?" I said seductively, having picked up on his sexual vibes. I smirked as his face turned a bright red. I laughed, my normal laugh sounded evil no matter how hard I tried to make it sound harmless. "Sorry, but I couldn't help myself. I'm Chara, what's-" He cut me off with just one look.

"Chara… What a strange, unique name for a strange, unique girl such as yourself." He said smoothly as he looked me up and down. I suddenly started blushing. I was trembling at all the sexual vibes surrounding me and they were all coming from him. He must've noticed because he walked right up to me and looked me directly in the eyes. He had to look down at me and I had to look up at him to meet his gaze. He stroked the side of my face and I suddenly wanted this stranger to kiss me. I quickly backed away, confused at why I was attracted to this strange man. He looked away and said, "Sorry, I… I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-" I cut him off with a quick kiss. I backed away and shook my head.

"I should go, my father is probably wondering where I am by now. S-sorry." I said and ran off in the direction of my cave den, but he grabbed me by the arm, stopping me in my tracks. He turned me around so that he could look me in the eyes. We stayed that way for a few minutes before he broke the silence.

"No worries, love." He said, smiling at me. He chuckled as my face turned a darker red as I blushed even more and then he kissed me.

I pushed him behind me and put my arms out. "Don't hurt him, father." Lucifer prowls out from the bushes and glares at the man.

"Does he know what you are, my black jewel?" Lucifer asks me via thoughts.

"No he doesn't." I said out loud, shaking my head. "I know what I'm doing father." I said. "Now leave him alone." I snarled.

Lucifer tilted his head and, via thoughts, he said, "Why are you protecting a stupid mortal? You, my black jewel, will live forever, and he will die. Whether or not he ends up in Hell, he will most likely forget you."

"I don't care dad! So what if I live forever, at least I can live some of my eternal life, happy!" I snapped, I was mad at Lucifer for trying to take away my happiness when I just found it.

"Fine, but you are to stay at his house." Lucifer said, this time out loud. He looked at the man and said, "Take care of her, and, if you hurt her in any way, I will make sure you burn in Hell, I'll make sure your punishment is the most harmful punishment."

The man nodded and looked at me, "My name is Alex, Alex Miller. Follow me, I'll lead the way to my house." he said, walking off. I didn't notice that he let go of me until he started walking away. I ran to catch up, which I did with ease.

It only took an hour for us to reach Alex's house. He quickly ushered me inside. He let me have his bed and after a few minutes I fell asleep.
