naruto felt a slight rush and found himself ina new space. There was a giant floating sun in front of him and a smaller blue shiny ball that looked like it was filled with gas. His gaze sharpened when he felt a similar sensation of power from the blue ball. It was similar to his new power but there was something more inside it.

Symbols of different kinds merged, extended, contracted and bent over themselves. They were fuinjutsu symbols similar to one on his father's kunai. Naruto had already practiced fuinjutsu but the way these symbols moved was like nothing he had ever seen. Some of the constantly changing symbols were related to space and time that he was sure of but looking at the overall structure was quite difficult.

He was neither an expert nor he had any information on space and time seals. Unless he could count on storage scrolls to understand the mysteries of time and space.

'Is this my core?' he thought with a confused frown. Sitting at the same position where he was standing Naruto simply stared at both cores. Alternating between while making weird faces. His mind was coming with questions and theories by the minute.

'My core sure is weird and why do I have two cores?' Things were getting rather confusing. One had giant chains keeping it bind and the other one was simply a freak of nature.

'This is my chakra.' he pursed his lips and tried to pull a chain but they were as thick as his body.

*Bam*

A powerful blow sent him back in the void. With a thought, his body came to halt. Naruto floated in the void and started shaking.

"How can my chakra push me back!" He yelled, glaring at the unreasonable core of his chakra. "fine then, I don't need you anymore! I have bluey as my new power." his finger pointed in arrogance at the new blue core. If only his chakra could say anything then it would be crying tears. how could he push Naruto back when it was chained so tightly.

"Now, how do I get out of here.", he had only said this when he appeared once again at the stairs. The door had disappeared but when he thought of seeing his core again the void appeared containing two of his cores. After, he was finally satisfied playing with his new ability. naruto touched the remaining door.

The scene that greeted him was the complete opposite of the previous one. he stood atop the Hokage mountain. Everything would have been real if the village was not silent. He ran down the mountain and around the village. It was a replica of the Hidden lead village. his apartment, weapon store, Yamanaka flower shop, Ichiraku ramen, and Hokage tower.

After exploring Naruto flew up in the air with a thought. The Village was surrounded by a thick forest as he remembered but all around it were giant statues of tailed beasts like they were guarding it and after that, it became an island surrounded by giant deathly whirlpools like the ones he imagined after reading about Hidden Whirlpool village.

Naruto was amazed that his mind could come up with such a beautiful place. He kept walking around and went inside the open shops just to see everything. The library even had everything that he had learned in both languages. The statues were so lifelike that he could feel Kurama's bloodlust when gazing into his eyes.

Furthermore, he could do anything in this place. Float and fly in the air, perform the instant step technique and fight with all his styles fluidly.

After spending what felt like hours Naruto finally willed himself to appear back in the corridor. The stairs were gone as well as the gates but Naruto tested that he only had to think to appear at both places.

When he opened his eyes in his room the sky was completely dark. He had spent six hours exploring his mind and core but Naruto was quite happy. He had unlocked his aura and discovered more about himself.

There were already many things that he was sure about. One was his core and village was another part of his mind. Maybe they existed before but since this was the first time he ventured this far in his mind so he only figured everything now.

Overall, he was extremely giddy. Things were finally looking good for him. After unlocking his aura there was only a matter of experience and fighting some strong opponents that can push him to his limits for unlocking his semblance.

The next day, Naruto woke up with a face full of smiles. He jumped into the shower and started getting ready for the day. In the mirror, he saw a clone of his father. Naruto was not sure what to think about this situation. At one point he was glad to be the son of the fourth Hokage, the hero of the leaf village. However, he did not know the person who was Minato Namikaze. Everything he knew about the man was that he was one of the youngest leaders, powerful, intelligent and famous or infamous in the case of shinobis.

They did not talk much in the seal and neither during the war unless it was about how to defeat the enemy. In the end, Naruto still had no idea what a proper family was that he could come home to. He did not know what were parents. Even if both of them sacrificed their lives to bring him in this world Naruto was sure that after living independently from such a young age he could never live with them even if they come back to life.

From what he had heard about them, they were both strict and intelligent. He was neither since he could only do things after failing at them and learning from his mistakes and was never one to follow orders. Maybe his upbringing with his parents alive might have been different but there was no point in thinking about it now.

With a smooth motion, he cut the bangs that fell on the side of his face and tied the remaining behind.

'Sorry, dad but I don't want to become a clone of yours and sacrifice my child.' With a last bitter thought, he left the bathroom.

Today he wanted to go look for some simple jobs. He had the experience of many things from his genin days and wanted to put them to use until he got enough funds to travel to a good settlement to take an airship to Mistral. From there he could easily go anywhere he wants but he first needed his weapon built in Mistral.

'All the styles can be worked upon in my free time and I can study in the evening but I need some money if I want to travel.' With these thoughts running in his head Naruto entered the blacksmith shop.

There were all kinds of guns and weapons hung in glass cabinets and constant noise of machines being used could be heard from the door behind the glass counter.

"Hello? Is anyone here?" After the loud question footsteps came closer until a muscular man with some belly fat opened the door.

"Aahh. The silent traveler finally visits my humble shop." The man said with a smirk. "Silent traveler?" Naruto questioned.

"Indeed, the one who trains and studies all day long. You can call me Davis." They shook hands and Naruto who was stunned in silence laughed awkwardly.

"I didn't know there were rumors about me but since I'm training to become a hunter it must have never crossed my mind to introduce myself to the people." He said while scratching his neck in nervousness.

"It doesn't matter. So, what can I help you with?" Davis asked with a raised eyebrow. "I'm just looking for a job because I'm short on funds and since I still have to travel I thought that it would be better to look for some work."

Davis looked at Naruto from head toe. He looked tall and certainly had the body to work at his shop but did he was still not sure since blacksmithing and weapon crafting was a demanding job. "Do you have any kind of experience?"

"I do actually but only in the traditional style of blacksmithing since I helped in my village." Naruto nodded in his mind for not giving full information.

"Well, I can hire you but are you sure since you still need to do your own thing." Naruto thought for a second. "I can come alternate days, starting from tomorrow. That way I can practice things of my own."

"Good. I will see how you work tomorrow and if I'm satisfied we can discuss your payment." Naruto was excited by Davis's answer but kept a professional look on his face. After discussing time for their meeting he traveled back to the hotel and made the same deal with the hotel's manager.

He will work alternating days in the kitchen and learn how to cook at the same time. The kitchen did not have many demands and the old chef was pretty happy to help him once Naruto told him that he was training to be a hunter.

It was an eye-opener for Naruto. He had heard about the recent white fang issue. They were a sort of terrorist organization of Faunus and the chef who was also a Faunus did not behave like a terrorist to him. Trust him, he had seen and fought terrorists from a young age. He also realized that he was too focused on surviving and getting home that he missed so many people.

After walking around the village and seeing the smiling faces of kids and adults brought him out of his funk. He was turning into another Sasuke, gaining strength for the sake of just one reason. He was never like that. Which is why he chatted with the guards and made plans to go around with them hunting Grimm. He at least wanted to do something for the place where he stayed at for such a long time.

The day went by fast when he was enjoying himself and getting to know the people. He was smiling more than usual but his smiles were not forced this time. It also helped with all the stress that had built up from the time he came here.

At night he went through the scroll and brought out all the fuinjutsu books and materials which only amounted to four books and some sealing paper with ink and brush. The books were labeled as an introduction to fuinjustsu, basic, intermediate and advanced. After that was the master class which promoted people to make their own seals.

Now he needed to just memorize everything and store it into his mindscape like everything else. However, an accident happened when he used aura to store a book he had memorized in one of the storage seals.

The seal blew upon his face and the book was destroyed. After looking through the introduction book he learned that he had put too much chakra in it and it destabilized the seal.

With a groan, he fell on the bed. He hated chakra control exercises but there was nothing he could do. Aura was different than chakra and the seals handled a different kind of energy by blasting in his face.

'I will practice chakra control with aura use the tags that I can throw away to experiment with them. Thank Kami there are a few tags to use. Since aura cannot be molded like chakra than only fuinjutsu is my available option. People won't even suspect since seals can be easily hidden.' Naruto nodded to himself.

"Sigh, if only I unlocked my aura sooner, had good control over my aura and learned fuinjutsu than I did not need to burn everything over campfires. The books say that I should get rid of every evidence when in enemy territory. I'm not in enemy territory but if I use a jutsu everyone will freak out."
