At the city of Louela. City lord's office.
"You just told me the local driad was killed, and the culprit might be related or even the responsible for the mass thievery recently staged in my city. Normally I'd be more than happy to help, but you must understand that you should at least consider allowing one or more of my representatives to supervise the use of the allocated resources I am disponibilising." The city lord tried to convince his unreasonable guests with his tired tone. He'd been reassuring merchant lords and moving the military all around for days now, the were enough marks below his eyes to make others think he'd been attacked by a murder of crows. Yet he still maintained a great level of wisdom and politeness.
"It is not your place to question such decisions count Eric, neither is it ours to explain then to you. If you do not wish to follow the divine's words, than the kingdom of man may as well make sure to cord the forest so that the enemy doesn't escape. You can do that much withouth consulting your court, can't you?" The robed woman of unknown identity really didn't help with that though.
"Yes, that can be arranged." The count sighed and nodded to her request.
"We are done here than." She imediatly said before getting up. "We will march out with the night, have your man ready till than as well." The count didn't answer and she didn't wait, the bishop following right behind her after offering a farewell.
All alone in his place, the count couldn't help but mutter. "This much is fine, right?"

At that night.
*BOOOOOMMM CRAAAAKKKKKOOOOONNNN BOOBOBOBOBOBOBOOOOOOBOOOM*
An explosion, followed by lightning and a deafening series of more explosions of similar magnitude woke up the whole city, including the lord, his mages, the barrier operators in reserve, all soldiers and most commonmers. Some people were dead asleep still though, and Aki would have aplauded such skill if he'd been there.
Said person's companion just kicked then out of bed though.
Back to Aki.
As he dodged the infuriated black woman jumping at him with gigantic wood arms at a speed that definitly had broken the sound barrier, he died. Turned to meat paste and even then she kept punching and screaming. Straight out of a good gore i tell you.
Suddenly, her blood shot eyes cleared a bit and she punched behind her, instead getting blown into the sky by Aki detonating another explosive from below the place she'd just punched. He shined an opaque white and jumped to follow her, stepping to the side while in the air by using a mana plataform to dodge her attack and causing an explosion to propel his heel into her stomach.
Even if that barely caused damage, she definetly got to see his smile. That mocking and disgusting smile that enjoyed toying with her, accentuated by those wispy light blue eyes. She couldn't hold her rage anymore.
Creating a platform in the air to catch her midair, she called for the magic in the forest and it filled her yet again, her dirty blond locks flowing down as she supported herself on the vertical platform didn't stay there for long, the jump she made was even stronger than the one before, the air rumbling multiple times. Aki just stood there with a look of surprise forming too slow to catch up to her speed. Then everything went black and she passed out while floating in the air.
"Restrain her." Said Aki, who'd teleported away from the enraged woman acting like a gorila just because she got fists bigger than her torso, seeing the effects of his death mana were finally making effect on her. The hair turning completely white in some points was the first obvious sign, but if he was right she'd be looking like a drow elf by the end of the transformation. If he didn't do anything in the next five minutes. He had an assistant more than good enough to retard the effect. Hell if he wanted to find out what an undead driad withouth someone controling her could do.
He'd test that in someone else's home, but not today. He felt like his brain was about to split in five from the pain. If there wasn't so much magic keeping his body together as he forced it into going at 300% power he feared that would be the exact result though. Even with the new strenght and inteligence multiplier's he'd gotten from leveling his spiritual bond, there was no way he'd even be able to go farther than the first taunt he'd used.
'Accelerated thought is also very good. Plus the spell version on time magic. Fuck me i wish this was over!'
Aki didn't resist as wooden tendrils covered him, instead he entered a very focused state and started reading his evolution options. Aparently killing two hundred rank three or so people by using lots of magic made termite also counted for the XP gathering as long as he was close enough to it, so he'd quickly reached level 200 on both his rare classes. Can you believe gathering the rust was actually harder than making a ton of aluminion out of basic rock?! There was a lot less slag to gather than expected, but people apparently just used magic and it happened, no one cared to check on it because mages were apparently posh cunts and smiths generally weren't good enough to extract anything, so it still piled up though.
It was literally tons and tons of metals and materials that could be extracted even without going element by element from the periodic table. So Aki just had to tunnel his way into the city and get it.
This also made Aki find out that completely pure metals actually had special properties that could be refined if the mana was enough before the it started to combine with anything.
Or, translating for those that don't want to Google it, apparently magic made the explosion he used reach more than 5k Celsius degrees.
This left a very big hole in the forest. It would've caught fire, but even just the wind pressure produced by the previous fight destroyed any possibility of it.
Anyways, thanks to this new planice, Aki was able to perfectly see four shadows charging towards the forest.
'Better plan as if there's two more.'
Closing his eyes for a moment, some magical circles started to form all around in the air, earth and plants before a blue glow with a purple undertone flooded the place he'd passed moments ago, with Aki moving his gaze back towards the choices he had with his evolutions imediatly after, completely ignoring the system prompt saying his summoning magic had reached level 5.

Arlo suddenly lost his balance for a moment from the enormous pressure building in his mind. The guy they were supposed to help probably summoned something very bad to get rid of the driad when his trap failed. His class sounded ominous enough for that. He probably saw then and the other two guys he'd failed to appraise, so there was actually a high chance it was set to attack everything and everyone.
They didn't really have a way to scry his wereabouts further than this forest, so it was assumed he'd either ussed a long ass barrier or taken control of the forest. Trying contract through the usual ways caused the dreamer to enter a coma as well...
"It's likely a mind, arcane or void elemental, shoot it down before shit happens!" He screamed at his partner through their direct channel.
He simply hummed as answer and a beam of light and time magic was shot in front of them before the trees in a straight line in front were completely turned to dust, revealing the purplish form of a slime in the form of a woman. The beam had hitten the ground a bit to the left of her.
Suddenly she wasn't there anymore. One of the people he didn't know were rolling on the ground a bit like a cartoon and he could feel his eyes begin to water with what were definitly not tears. "Illusions, mild manipulation, some sort of short range teleportation, at least third rank." He informed the man, who didn't look lazy anymore. His eyes were sharper than a knife while half open, his blond hair was completely straight all of a sudden and their flying speed doubled.
Arlo found himself thrown inside that dammed bubble again, but his safety was too important at the moment. Releasing Berry's neck, he was suddenly floating in mid air and a purple blob smashed against his protection before suddenly being swated away by the speeding punch directed at her, smashing into the ground like paste. Even though it was problably not dead, the preasure forming in his head certainly lessened.
Now they needed to see who would win between the self apointed speedster and the slime queen in a competition between her ability to lock down in a target and his ability to beat her core before that.
That would only be the case if he was alone though.
As Arlo prepared to throw his repertoire of spells and buffs, an immense pressure formed up in an instant.
It was like...
Submit. Obey. Admire. Be loyal. Revere...

Ignoring that his clothes were completely disheveled and there was a Slime seemingly sleeping in his hair, Aki looked between the blonde guy with droopy eyes and the cute faced wizard.
"Not bad. Not bad at all. Your taste is enough for me to listen to you, yes. The other two can wait for a bit."
"Did he just say taste? He ment it in english, right?" The small boy with skinny limbs asked, but was ignored by the two other man present.
"It's generally Arlo doing the talking but... To summarize, we came to help but you didn't need help. We are from an organization of... Why does that girl looks like she understands what I'm saying?" He tried to explain, but soon noticed a discrepancy.
"That's my soul sister and the resident driad. She knows English because I showed her my memories of learning it. It's a surprisingly fast process even the first time you do it. Depends on how much your brain can take though. It's fine, she isn't connected to any gods but the ones of new womenhood." He explained with a face that showed how proud he was of her.
The slime on his head merely shifted while producing a sound similar to a purr when he held his nose high.
He looked a bit more like a jacked young man than burly wolfish man now that he didn't have a beard, though he'd grown a couple centimeters again.
"Fine. Anyway, we are from an otherworlder organization, because apparently the gods here don't like people in circumstances similar to ours, and we tried getting in contact with you, but the caller got knocked into coma." That got a laugh out of Aki, but he kept explaining. "Our more powerful members are unable to act because of several reasons, so we were dispatched to move you before the attack or capture force came." Aki nodded "But you apparently already interfered with a God because of that driad so they knew enough to send a rank five and we were waiting for a chance at exstraction, but then the explosions came and we thought you were trying to fight over tiers like a crazy ape, but..." He seemed a bit let down, but mostly just gestured to the driad. "Now, can we please run away? I don't want to be here when the revenge team gets here. Since you took down a rank five, they will probably send over a divine spirit next." He pointed out.
"Yeah, nah, that's impossible since *%@#$@& would cost too much whitout the driad actually being dead. She's just in a room, having the time of her life in a dream about vegetating away for the rest of existence. No, seriously, how can you even dream about being in a coma and be happy?" Aki explained with some mirth while turning to Arcenis, though a part of what he said was completely unninteligible.
Berry and Arlo were completely shocked though.
"You, what did you just..." The magician tried to question with a pale face, but Aki just giggled.
"No tribulation or death lillies dude, i actually got the autority to say those things. You just don't have the autority to listen to then. It's an autistic level of special these classes of mine. I realy want to turn it off though, never knew my emotions could get so numb. I was going to try an do so, but when i looked at your statuses i just had to talk for a bit before trying something like that." He explained while taking off the thing trying to open his cranium with acid. "You stop that and guard these two. Be friendly. I'll be going for now, should come back before the day's end. Cenis, you explain to them about how i work and tell Anna i'm going to be off for a bit, see if Alma wants to talk to then as well." Aki told them while smiling and dissapeared before their eyes.
