Haoran and Emma got the only available room left at the Interlaken Hotel. Since Emma was tired and sleepy, she asked that they just share a room and not look for other accommodation. After all, tomorrow morning, they would leave for Bern, return the rental car, and fly to Shanghai to visit Haoran's mother.
Haoran, who had never stayed in a regular hotel room, always in suites, was amazed to find that that the size of their hotel room was quite small. It was actually 15 m2 and had a double-sized bed with beautiful furniture, but the room felt cramped for his standards.
'It's not bad,' Emma said to Haoran with her telemancy. The man looked dumbfounded and stood transfixed at the doorway when he saw how small their room was. 'Just get in. You make the hotel staff confused.'
Haoran turned and finally nodded with a smile. He then pushed their suitcases inside, gave the hotel staff tip, and thanked him.
"This is good. Thank you," he said.
