For some reason, Emma didn't mind telling some of her classmates a little about Therius.
Maybe it's true, the competitive challenge that each class had to do worked well in making students feel closer to their classmates. Even Emma, who was usually quiet and cold towards outsiders, became more open to them.
"Oh, really? What year?" asked Stell again.
"Well, he went to study here eleven years ago and graduated eight years ago." Emma cleared her throat. "He is ten years older than me."
Stell shrugged. "I suppose you guys are meant to be. Someone like you wouldn't be attracted to boys like Samu, for example. You're too mature for your age."
Emma was stunned at Stell's words. She did not know this classmate of hers thought of her that way. Was she really too mature for her age? She knew she was an old soul but she didn't know they would think of her in such positive light.
