Feeling less anxious, she said, "I'll call him later, then."

She was about to hang up when Caleb suddenly said, "Miss Serenity, President Jones said that you don't have to come to the company tomorrow."

She was about to hang up when her hand froze. As if on automatic response mode, she immediately asked, "What do you mean?"

President Jones's sudden decision came with no clarification, so Caleb did not know the reason behind it. "Perhaps Miss Serenity would know better than me."
