The sound of the door opening pulled Serenity back to the present. She turned around to see that it was Selena who had come with the medicine.

Selena entered the room and placed her purse on the table. She glanced at the man smoking on the balcony through the glass window and walked towards Serenity with the medicine. "Left foot or right?"

Serenity stiffly said, "Right foot."
