Sionna's usually green eyes turned to black as she continued to pick off the army with nothing put her pointer finger. Her entire body glowing in a deep red. Power surged through every pore of her body, magic was something very new to her but she was starting to love it.
'Stop,' said the familiar voice in her head and suddenly she was no longer able to shoot magic. Yet her body continued to hum and vibrate with magic.
'Grab the food bag and leave,' the voice continued and she turned toward the wolf looking at her. Her dark eyes became a shade darker at his command, she did not like being told what todo. With the binding curse however she had no control over herself. She felt as helpless in that moment as the day she was captures. Even with the power flowing through her body.
'Grab the bag and leave now.' He said and with no other choice she grabbed it and started walking away from the fight. Still somewhat visible from afar as a soft red glow, the few remaining soldiers were confused as they watched the women walk away.
It was silent for a moment except for the few dying moans of soldiers who were scattered across the forest floor.
The ones alive were now hiding, gripping their weapons tightly wondering what was going to come next. Then they heard the foot steps of something massive. Twigs breaking under its heavy foot prints. Many of them said silent prayers to their God or God's. One soldier came out of hiding in an attempt to flee and his scream rang out in the silence. Matched with a crunching sound as his agonized scream was cut short.
The massive wolf was now in view of two soldiers they gave each other silent nods before charging at the beast in unison. Only for them both to swat aside with one massive strike from the animals paw. Their bodies collided with a large boulder with such force their ribs broke and they bled out internally.
Each soldier cowering in fear met similar fates as the wolf massacred the entire army. Picking each one off until they were all dead. Their blood fertilizing the forests soil.

Sionna eventually calmed down as she walked. The buzz around her stopped and her eyes returned to their usual emerald green. They were now clouded with turbulent thoughts. 'How is it that I am only able to harness magic now? Why couldn't I do it earlier?' Most importantly 'how do I control it? Why different colors every time?' She recalled how she almost felt like someone else as was picking off the soldiers with the red magic. She almost felt as though someone else took over her body.
Her mind spun around in circles in a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions. Then the necklace began to hum again. 'Is this causing all the problems?' She thought examining the large stone in her necklace.

Horses with saddles and bridles came galloping into the cobble streets of the small town.
One with a dead body dragging by the stirrups. A few people rushed from buildings to calm the tired horses. Their tack was taken off and brought to pastures. The town people all looked into the Black Forest, they had always feared it. But now they knew there was something in there that could take out a small army and their fear only grew.
