Alan looks over at the police. He looks back at Adam, then back at the police.
Alan: You better not have lied
Alan starts walking towards the police, still in demon form. They look scared but stay where they are.
Alan: So, why did you try to capture me?
Some of the officers look at each other then back at Alan. One of the officers starts explaining why they tried to capture him.
Alan: Hmm... so Adam wasn't lying, (He says to himself)
One of the officers asks Alan if he can change whenever
Alan: Yes
The same officer asks Alan if he can change into his human form
Alan: No, mainly because I don't trust you
Alan and the police continue talking for a while.
Alan: So... your saying that you were informed by the government on what I am?
An officer says yes
Alan: And you still came knowing what I am?
The officers nod
Alan: Well, is that all?
The officers say yes
Alan: Ok then
Alan turns around
Alan: Interesting, interesting indeed
A few minutes later
Alan changes back into his human form and the lockdown is over. Students and teachers come out of the classrooms and start heading towards the front of the school. Alan notices one of the officers talking to the principle. Alan draws into what they're saying. He hears the officer telling the principle that the lockdown was caused by a student with a hunting rifle wanting to kill Alan. They both look in Alan's direction. They notice that Alan is looking back at them. The principle signals for Alan to come over. Alan walks towards them. As soon as Alan gets to them, the principle asks Alan if he knew the student.
Alan: No
The principle then asks what happened
Alan: Well, I was walking to class, school just started and I hear a gunshot and some yelling. I go to see what happened and I see a student with a rifle. I hide behind a wall and then they start calling my name. I tried to get into a classroom but they were all locked because of the lockdown. They then start shooting at me. I tried to get away but my stuff didn't work for some reason. So... I had no other choice, I had to give in to the most dangerous part of myself in order to survive.
The officer nods and says that's what he told him. The principle then asks what the most dangerous part of him is.
Alan: It-it's... a part of me that only a few people know about
The principle then says, "Well, school is canceled today because of the lockdown, why don't you show us
Alan's expression goes from serious to surprised
Alan: I'm not so sure you wo...
The principle then says "I just want to see"
Alan: Well, I don't want to do it here
The principle then says, "You just did a while ago"
Alan: Ya, but I had no other choice in the time I had and the situation I was in
The principle then says, "Well, we can just go back to your house and we can do it there then.
Alan: Uh... well... ok
They head to The Den
The principle: Wait, this is where you live?
Alan: I want the entrance camouflaged, ok?
Alan reveals a handprint sensor, and puts his hand on it
System: Handprint recognized, welcome Claw
The Principle: Claw?
Alan: It's my wolf name
The door opens revealing the massive interior of the den. They all step in and the door closes behind them
The principle: Why do you live here?
Alan: Has everything I want, large forest, lots of room, hidden, giant hangar to store vehicles of all kinds, has security cameras inside and out, and is a great place to hide stuff you don't want people knowing about.
One of the two officers that came along asked, "What exactly do you mean by stuff you don't want people knowing about?"
Alan: Well, for one, a dragon
Alan allows for everyone to see Obsidian. They all look surprised.
The Principle: How did it just appear like that?
Alan: Oh, he was there the whole time, I just made him visible to you, he's only visible to the people I allow to see him.
One of the officers asks "How do you only make him visible to certain people?
Alan: Well, you see, there is a simple concept called magic, its all around us, in the air we breath, the wind we feel. It may be invisible, but that doesn't mean its not there. If you believe it will work, it will. If you believe, something will manifest, it will. It's what you humans call, The Law Of Attraction. I simply call it magic.
The principle: So, your saying anyone can do magic?
Alan: Yes, but only if they believe
One of the officers ask, "Is that how you got all this?"
Alan: Yes
The principle: Wow, I forgot why we came here, I got distracted by all this stuff here
Alan: You wanted to see me change into the form I did during the lockdown
The Principle: Oh, ya, well show us I guess
Alan: Ok then, just promise you wont shoot, I'm talking to the officers, just for your safety. Obsidian over there will attack you if you shoot in here.
