Chu Xiao Xi thought she had heard wrong or was hallucinating. She stared at Chu Yi Chen in a daze before she fully comprehended what she had just heard.

"What are you hiding for." Chu Xiao Xi walked to the bed and pounced on Gu Xiao Xiao. She lied on top of her and originally, she wanted to pinch her cheeks but found them to be swollen.

Her gaze darkened and she asked softly, "Who hit you? Jin Jing?"

Gu Xiao Xiao was a little startled, uncertain just how much Chu Xiao Xi already knows. Based off of Gu Xiao Xiao's reaction, Chu Xiao Xi could tell that her guess was right.

"Ha, so I underestimated her." Chu Xiao Xi snickered, "Gu Xiao Xiao, don't worry. I am going to avenge you!"
