exia's upgrades

"hey akame sent me a message for you to head to the hanger when you get a chance" daisuke said

"thanks daisuke I will right after class" I said

when class finished I went to the hanger and was handed a tablet by a fellow mechanic I looked at it and sighed I had a lot of work to do I went up to the cockpit and began re writing the controls smoothing them out and making the exia over all an easier to control machine as whenever your going to upgrade something upgrade the controls first as I finished akame decided to make her appearance

"hey sorry about that I would have been here with you but I had to do something for my father" akame said

"excuses, excuses" I muttered unfortunately she heard me

"you do realize I'm a noble" she said

"you do realize I don't really care" I said

"how can you make friends like that" she asked

"I treat people with respect when they treat me with respect and you not even being here while I upgrade your machine is really disrespectful to me or any mechanic for that matter if you just came off the battlefield and needed to de-stress I could understand however you using the fact that your a noble as an excuse makes me sick and you know what makes me even angrier is you trying to threaten me with your power I made friends with daisuke because he respected me enough to at least be there while I upgraded his machine for him" I said

and then I got out of the cockpit gave the pad to the assistant and was walking towards the entrance of the hanger I did what I said I was gonna do and I even started upgrading her machine

"wait please I'm sorry" she said I stopped but didn't turn around

"your right I should be here while you bend over backwards to ensure my machine is in working order and even upgrading it your right I shouldn't throw my name around your right I should give you the respect you deserve as a mechanic and as a pilot" she said

i turned took the pad and and began making blueprints for physical modifications as I had a few ideas in my head most of those ideas coming from the 00 qan [t] as I finished typing

"so first things first hold this and don't change anything I'm not done with it yet" I said completely forgeting what just happened and continued to upgrade her machine I re-entered the cockpit and continued upgrading the controls I wanted them so fluent that people would think it was a dream to pilot the exia once that was complete i got out

"I boosted the control of your mobile suit" I said taking back the tablet I continued to upgrade the mobile suit thinking of all of the mobile suits I've seen previously and both akame and the assistant watched they were however disappointed that they couldn't see what I was doing as I started putting upgrade after upgrade before I had to stop as I needed a computer to continue

"do you mind if I keep this" I asked

"not at all" akame said

"I will come back in a little while to make a few minor upgrades" I said

"would you become my head mechanic

I left as I wanted a computer in front of me and then when I would be done with the upgrades i would confer with akito to see if I missed anything

the days passes and I make the small modifications while testing her to my surprise she was actually a good assistant to a mechanic and loved to learn how to care for her machine

"alright I have decided that I will be your head mechanic..." I said and she literally jumped on me unexpectedly

"thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you" she said over and over and over again

"i have a condition" I was able to get out barely

"anything" she said still smiling like madman and I was starting to wonder if I have made the worst mistake ever

"I want you to invite daisuke and tsukasa to use your hanger" I said

"gladly" she said when I was finally allowed to get up I pulled out a new tablet with the physical upgrades to her machine I called it the gundam exia qan [t] fullsaber FX fang seven swords or as I named it the gundam exia striker

"this is gundam exia striker" I said showing her my upgrades and modifications she gasped

"this is incredible with this many blades I would literally be unstoppable how in the hell did you think of this" she said I scratched my head embarrassed

"I just cobbled something together" I said

"this is amazing you are a genius" she said I thanked her

"now the manpower and parts are coming from your pocket I barely have enough money to sustain myself" I said

"with these upgrades I will have my father by you a mansion and servants of your own that will be loyal to you for life the exia is our family's most valued and with this we can truly skyrocket with it you will oversee the project won't you" she asked slightly worried that I'd refuse

"of course I'm the exia's head mechanic" I said she smiled

"I need to go see my father" akame said and she left
