World Through Blank Eyes

"Lloyd?" I was confused. Who is that? Is it someone Li jun knew? But what brought that up?


"It was him. Lloyd… Arthur, please wait for me here. Don't you go anywhere, okay." Li Jun took bigger and bigger steps as he walked away from me. But to whom? Who is Lloyd?


I saw him going further away from me, I told Arthur to wait for me at 'Mr. Smoker's Shop'. I was not sure of what I was doing at the time or where I was going, but all I knew was that this person who just bumped into me is one of my siblings and he was Lloyd.


What made me so sure that he was Lloyd? I kept on asking myself the same question over and over again while my body ran after him. The market was crowded again, and he was a bit by bit going deeper into the crowd. I got more anxious. "What if I lose him?" I thought to myself., "What if I lose him again?..."


He was with me that day. The day of the fire when I ran out of that place, Lloyd was the sibling who ran away together with me.


Before the fire broke, I and Lloyd were together for the whole day, but how is it possible that I had forgotten only him. I did not forget anyone who was there. I remember them all, every single one of them. But... I forgot Lloyd, my sibling, who I was with the whole day and held hands with me as we ran away!


I, then, became sure he was Lloyd. It was not only my body's memories that made me go after him. It was what I knew. What I saw, and it was my consciousness who made me run after him. The number 3 on the back of his wrist was a mark I and other my siblings had. It was even in the same font. Each of us got a marked number somewhere on our bodies from that place, and Lloyd's mark was a number 3 on the back of his wrist.


I needed to stop him. I did not think I would be able to catch him if he keeps on going any deeper into the market's crowd. But thankfully he turned at last to a small alley that leads out of the market. I followed him there. It was only us.


"Lloyd... [I bent my self, put my hands on my knees, to catch my breath] Lloyd... [Again] LLOYD!!!", I screamed to get his attention, "PLEASE LLOYD. PLEASE STOP!" Slowly after my voice echoed in the alley he stopped. Still, there was no one there but us. Lloyd hesitantly turned around when I ran to him and gave him a hug. It has been a very long time, and I never expected to see any of my siblings here. "Lloyd it's me! You know me. I'm your siblin..." I did not finish my sentence when he interrupted me.


"Who are you? I don't know you." he pushed me away.
