Mo Jingze immediately called Mo Xiao after his call with Sia. Xu Xin was about to pick up the call when Mo Xiao noticed his phone's light flickering, he immediately excused him from Huo Yue who was continuously blabbering and took the phone from Xu Xin, he actually expected the call to be from Sia, but frowned when he saw Mo Jingze calling.

"Brother, how can you ignore Sister-in-law for that woman!!" Jingze said fuming, he never liked Huo Yue because she was simply too fake. He was so scared and his brother was so calm it made him angrier. As if, he doesn't even care if Sia misunderstood him. Mo Jingze told him everything, though Mo Xiao was silent he was giving Xu Xin a deadly glare as if he would just skin him alive. Xu Xin broke in cold sweat when he noticed that something went wrong. He wondered what went wrong, but before he could put the pieces together Mo Xiao walked towards the door without informing Huo Yue, when she was informed that he left, she felt humiliated but she acted as if he informed her beforehand.

Mo Xiao walked out of the boutique calling Sia, she was working in her study when he called. She picked up the call smiling, "I guess Jingze is faster than I expected." she said chuckling.

"I wasn't informed about your call." He said while glaring at Xu Xin who was driving. Xu Xin knew that no other call came except for Sia Chen's call, he wondered 'Why was his cold and aloof so soft while talking to this girl. Just who was she?? What was her relation with his boss?'

Sia was really not on him, because she never thought of Huo Yue as her love rival; on her very first meeting with Mo Xiao he had already cleared his side. If even then, she was to doubt him it was completely unreasonable. She believed him, not blindly but when she asked Qitong about this matter; that girl also gave him a clean chit. But hearing his voice Sia was tempted to tease him more.

"So how was your date Mr. Mo?" she asked him trying to sound a little angry.

"My love, you misunderstood me." He said as if trying to convince her.

She blushed hearing him call her love so smoothly.

Sia needed to send some files urgently so she told him that she'll call him after she was done. So he said a 'Hm' before hanging up.

Now it was time for Xu Xin to face the consequences of his deeds. "Xu Xin no matter what, whatever happened today should not be repeated." Mo Xiao said coldly.

"Yes, sir." Xu Xin actually didn't know what their relation was but now he was clear it was definitely close.

It was a silent ride thereafter, till they reached their destination.

Wang Yu was waiting for his son in the living room sipping tea, Mo Xiao was about to ascend the stairs when Wag Yu called him, "Xiao Xi, come talk to mom for a while." Mo Xiao was unaware that Xu Xin was following his mother's orders, or else he would have cleared his mom's doubt today itself.

"What's wrong, Mom?" he asked politely while talking a seat near her.

"Xiao Xi, our family does not need marriage for maintaining social status. You're aware of it, right?" she asked calmly sipping her tea. Mo Xiao simply nodded before she continued, "You don't need to marry someone you don't love, just for the sake of making grandfather happy." You could sense worries in her voice. Mo Xiao smiled looking at his mother's worried face.

"Mom, grandfather isn't forcing me at all. I told you that day also. I really love her."

"Then what about Yue'er?? Didn't you love her before? Your mom can help you woo her, I can tell she likes you too, she's just shy to accept it."

Mo Xiao was flabbergasted hearing his mother's words. He never thought even his mother thought of making Huo Yue her daughter-in-law. It looked like he's mom was naïve or Huo Yue was good at masking her intentions well. He rubbed his brows in frustration before answering his mother.

"I never loved her mother. So you may now relax, I'm marrying Sia Chen because I want too. Now I'll get going I'm tired." Mo Xiao said before getting up and going in his room.

Wang Yu sat there digesting what his son just informed her. 'Could I have heard wrong? But what should I tell Mother Huo now. Aiyaa…. These kids…. I better accept what's coming. If he loves her, then that's great. That Elder Jing's granddaughter has good reputation. I'll test her someday.' She thought to herself before continuing sipping her tea.

Sia was busy with work unaware of her would be mother-in-law's thoughts. She was finishing most of her work for tomorrow, because she needed to accompany Qitong for her show. It was the same show where Huo Yue's work was also being displayed. Mo Xiao was actually invited for this show by Huo Yue but he straightforwardly rejected her saying he was busy.

At night when Mo Xiao and Sia chatted she asked him if he was free to join her; though Sia was the one who asked him but his presence was requested by Qitong. But Mo Xiao actually had a meeting to attend.

Next day,

It was a busy morning Mo Xiao. Due to some problem all his important meetings were lined up just one after another, it wasn't actually hectic, but what him frustrated that whenever it was his break Sia would be busy and whenever she was free he was in the meeting, this continued all the way till evening.

When he was finally free from those meetings he called Sia only to know that she was already on her way to that show with Qitong. He decided to surprise her by visiting her there, he just exited his office when he received a call from Su Fei. It was actually a conference call including Gu Lin and Liao Qing.

"Mo Xiao, up for a drink?" asked Su Fei.

"Isn't it a bit early?" Mo Xiao asked confusedly it was quite early from their usual time.

"Young master, this lowly subjects were planning to visit China Fashion Week's event today. Actually Qitong, Su Fei's most loved sister is participating so she asked him to come. Even I'm going, that's a different thing that I'm going for a different reason." Liao Qing said giggling excitedly.

"It's okay if you are busy." Su Fei interrupted. He knew Mo Xiao was never one to visit such events.

"No no, Mo Xiao you must come. Even I'm going." Gu Lin interrupted. Gu Lin was informed by Su Fei that Qitong was already on his way with her friend Sia Chen. Gu Lin was planning to meet her there. That was the reason he was going, also the reason he asked Su Fei to ask Mo Xiao.

Though Su Fei knew Mo Xiao would refuse, he decided to give it try on Gu Lin's request. Even Su Fei would usually not go to such fashion events but for this sister, he would go anywhere. He was ready to be rejected but….

"Fine, where to meet?" Mo Xiao asked ignoring all unnecessary topics and getting to the point. Everyone thought they heard wrong, except for Gu Lin. Gu Lin's face lit up in anticipation, he was excited to meet her, even though he was oblivious that she wasn't just his best friend's interest but also future wife.

Mo Xiao knew what Gu Lin was thinking, he had already decided to introduce her to his friends. Though Mo Xiao was a friend to many but, these three were the only people he thought as best friends; they were his constant circle.

They all drove towards the venue from their specific locations.

Though this fashion show was a popular one but it was only today that it received the honorable presence of these four most famous bachelors.

The venue was in uproar when four cars entered the venue one after another. Qitong and Sia were inside the room allotted for Qitong. Though she was here to see the show, there was time and also, there was nothing for her to do, so removed her tablet and started going through some documents while having some refreshments served.

Looking at the commotion in the room Sia frowned, Qitong just shrugged shoulders before saying, "It might be Big brother and Brother Liao, they told me they are coming." Those two promised her they will come, but Gu Lin and Mo Xiao were added afterwards so she was not aware of their arrivals.

Sia simply nodded and continued her work.
