My Light In The Dark

Yue got inside his house, he still couldn't help but felt a little hurt when Weiwan told him that she and the baby doesn't need him in their life. He was hoping that Weiwan's heart get soft after a few months being apart with him but he was wrong. The Weiwan he saw back at the hospital isn't the Weiwan that he knew back when they were still a couple.


But even so, he find it that Weiwan have shown him, her other side of characteristic. Right know, he only knew where Weiwan would go for her pregnancy check up. The only thing that he don't know is where she live. He wont give up in trying to mend their relationship as a husband and wife.


Even when Weiwan treated him coldly, he was lucky to have the support of his family and friends. This made him felt grateful to have them in his life. When he is daydreaming about Weiwan and their baby, his phone suddenly ringing.


He took it out of his pocket and saw in the screen, his mother calling him. He swipe it to answer her calling.


"Where is she , did you guys reconcile?"


"She is a tough woman, i guess you already asking her for forgiveness but she denied it."


"I wont give up no matter what, i still need to step a new level in order to have her forgiveness."


"Thats great son, I'm proud that you never give up."


"Mom, if Weiwan really wont forgive me. Will you help me?"


"What...you just say that you have a to step into a new level."


"I know what i said but just in case my plan doest work. Will you help me?"


Yue's mom doesnt say anything, then Yue told his mother about the news.


"If Weiwan doesn't accept me back, then i probably cant see my child."


"Is Weiwan pregnant right now? Are you serious? Dont play with me boy..."


"Yes, shes pregnant. I just find out about it a few days ago. And its a boy."


"Oh my gosh, for real. I'm going to be grandma..."


Yue's mother shout excitedly. Yue just smile while imagining what his mother did right now.


"Wait...you said that if she doesn't want you back, does that mean that she will file a divorced with you?"


"Well what are you waiting for, try to think hard on hw to get her forgiveness. If it doesn't work out then i'll meet her."


"I'm not doing this for you, i just don't want my grandson to have a incomplete family."


Then both Yue and his mother talk about the company current situation, Yue told his mother that she doesn't need to worry about that since he have a capable workers to handle it while he is absent. He also tell his mother to say hi to his father.


After they talk for 15 minutes, they both say goodbye.


When Yue's mother hung up, her husband is actually beside her. He just arrived at their bedroom and he doesn't hear what she and their son talking about. He just took his book and continue to reading.


"How is the situation with Yue and Weiwan?"Said Yue's father.


"It looks like our daughter in-law doesn't want to forgive Yue."


"Well that's what happen when you caught up with another woman when you already a married man."


"But the great news is that she is pregnant right now and we're going to have a grandson."


"Yep, Weiwan is pregnant. Yue find out few days ago."


"I do hope that he knows what his doing."
