part 3 short chapter
I looked at my son, slightly surprised he was up and moving about…
"No, ill resolve this now. Prince, tell me what do you want?"
Hearing that the second half of the sentence was directed towards them… they didnt dare delay or beat around the bush…
"We have come for three reasons…"
He stopped here for a moment… and then continued
"Firstly, we wish to see if you would be willing to bind the two empires or clans as you would prefer, into one"
The prince eyed Nura rihan for a moment, who seemed to be too innocent minded to get the gist of what he was talking about…
But it was obvious they were taking a shameless chance at trying to gain a expert, after all a tiger always gives birth to a tiger cub.
"Declined."
Was all he said.. And he immediately nodded, not showing an ounce of dissatisfaction on his face…
But one could feel it, if one looked carefully… he seemed to be slightly depressed as a result.
"Secondly… if you would like, to extend your clan to our borders… we would not object to such a thing."
In other words they were saying they wouldnt mind if i integrated their empire into the yakuza they wouldnt object to it… and would even gain the support of the blue wind empire… sneaky move… but one i support none-the-less
"Ill be making a move in the blue wind empire as soon as u have solidified our position here in this empire."
The prince of the blue wind empire, became so excited that he couldnt restrain himself… a large smile appeared on his face… as he replied "you will have the full recognition and support of the blue wind empire."
And finally "we would also like to invite you to a banquet, it would bring us great honor if you accepted our invitation."
I nodded here… "ill consider it… ill send a message to the blue wind emperor should i desire to have closer relations with them."
An excited prince, became all giddy as he nodded… at the prospect of having a monarch guest inside his home palace walls… he couldn't help but feel like such an event would be astronomical… and would solidify the entire empire in such a event…
Well at any rate.. He only said ill 'consider it' as one would expect… basically, however, it was a polite way of saying, no… but maybe in the future, as said himself…
Thinking such things... The prince and his entourage… disappeared soon after… not wanting to waste his, nor his subordinate's time any longer, as a way to show respect…
They disappeared and begun to fly back to their own borders… for fear of him changing his mind…
After everything was disposed of…
He glanced at everyone else… in the room…
They all looked at Nura awaiting orders… or instructions…
The only one not caring about his presence was the princess, who seemed to fell flat on her face, and knocked herself out next to the prince…
Everyone ignored her existence…
'How was she even a princess?'
Thoughts like this arrived in my head… and i chose to ignore her as well…
In three months time…. It was time to make a move in the blue wind empire
