Outclassing the Demon Royal family. A warning on the Seraphs.

Ryuk reappeared with the other seven. Everyone had a distinct change after their own opportunities. Paimon seemed to buzz with a heavy gravitational force. Rán has a small tear necklace that seemed make her seem very fluid. Hecate wielded a staff and a pale book. Abaddon carried a long blade that seemed to want to devour everything. The bird faced demon Ryuk hugged had grown a golden shell on his back. The golden masked man had a golden armor. The yellow colored demon had a fire like aura. They all seemed more powerful, but Ryuk was obviously the most apparent. Although Ryuk after hearing his aura was very overbearing concealed it subtle hints leaked out. Paimon seemed to Extremely impressed as he looked at Ryuk. Whereas Hecate and Abaddon looked a mix of disdainful and agitated. Rán seemed to not care much, but her heart fluttered. Orginally she looked at Ryuk as just another demon and never really paid attention, but feeling the violent energies pulsating off him she analyzed him and was left with a palpating heart. Ryuk was beautiful he seemed like a vibrant star shimmering unrivaled. Ryuk didnt say much his mental age made him obstinate and easily provoked. Abaddon clapped his hands and with a smile he said "Well... Those who chose techniques pass them here and those who chose weapons pass them here." The yellow demon said under his breath "I heard rumors they did this... to think they would steal what we earned." Hecate sent a sharp gale that screeched like a banshee causing the yellow demon to fall to the ground and vomit blood. The bird headed demon seemed unwilling, but seeing the heated gazes of the two blue haired royals he was prepared to give in. Rán protested "Why should they? They worked hard!" Hecate snorted and said "Hmph. They are just lower spawns why should I care?" Rán wished to argue more, but Paimon shook his head as he grabbed her shoulder. Soon the other demons had passed their techniques or treasures to the two blue haired demons leaving only Ryuk. The two looked at Ryuk and made a gesture. Ryuk snorted and released his aura he asked "What do you intend? I'll be glad to help if you are suitable to make me." The two not expecting this started at each other. Abaddon sent a mental message to his sister and chuckled. He put on the golden shell and armor from the two demons and threatened Ryuk "Lucifer I advise you to mind your place. You might be a Apocalypse demon, but you aren't on the same level as us." Abaddon seemed to release a quiet hum that made the other demons fall and writhe in pain. Ryuk remained unfazed. Abaddon took a cold breath and shouted "What?! You aren't a demon!?" Ryuk didn't answer, but took out the front cover of a book. He swiped down causing the air to moan and the qi to squeal. Abaddon felt his hairs rush up and dodged. A large cut remained on the ground. Ryuk said as he recalled the book cover and scratched his ear "Be glad I can't be bothered to kill you." Hecate shouted raising her staff "Who are you?!" Ryuk replied "Why you want to marry me? Sorry I don't like you. Too ugly." Hecate snorted and sent the sharp winds Ryuk lifted a finger turning it into a metal unyielding in even the harshest conditions. The wind seemed to have hit something inexplicable and screeched. Ryuk moved his hand causing blue fire to emerge and plunder the wind of its might and informed its inferno. Ryuk then again flipped his hand and whispered "Rain of heavens fury." Soon the duo was chained to the ground and wall respectively with sharp flames seeking to devour them. The duo looked at each other and shouted simultaneously "break!" A powerful aura sprung out from them quenching the fires. Ryuk instantly understood "So this is what its like when Mooneye releases her real strength... If it was the before me I would have been stuck of the spot shaking. Now it seems like a childish affair." The two pounced on Ryuk. Instantly everything became still and Ryuk looked he mumbled "I see." He side stepped and dodged the duos offensive. As they passed him Ryuk used his fingers to press on Hecates back and Abaddons head. The two fell causing huge depressions in the earth. The two rose up coughing blood. Ryuk commanded the moisture in the air to become viscous and the two Royals felt their lungs flush with water. Ryuk then proceeded to leave. Rán said stiffly "What was that..." Paimon answered "His battle sense is insane. in that moment be deduced the weak spots of those two and then used the right amount of strength." Rán asked "What do you mean right amount of strength?" Paimon explained "If he used to little nothing would happen and if he used too much the qi would recognize it as an attack and attack him even if he could handle that the numerous life saving treasures those two posses would have been even worse." Rán nodded but immediately realized something was wrong "His attack wasn't recognized?" Paimon nodded "Hm. If you use just enough to collapse the attack the body will think its a response of the persons own action like if we breathe our chest expands and our body doesn't recognize the change. Its comparative to being a boat in the sea instead of just waiting or going forcefully going through the eye of the wave is the best."

Ryuk said as he walked "Magic is considered a lower form in the universe. Magic is akin to begging a emperor to give you an army, cultivation is akin to commanding the army yourself" Magic was typically a barred topic in most realms due to the disgust most cultivators inheritly felt. Yes similar to how as you rise up in cultivation you almost supernaturally become more arrogant and willful cultivators feel and inherent disgust for magic. Perhaps it was due to the world conquering nature in which the act of cultivation was believed to be or perhaps it was just a weird natural thing. The reason Ryuk began to talk about magic is because when he fought he could feel magicals in the air. It was faint yet present and wharfed around Hecate. "Like innate cultivation bodies there are special magic bodies. I think Hecate must posses one of those magic bodies that's why even though she cultivates the tao she still excretes magicals." Ryuk soon arrived in front of a large mountain. The color of the mountain was a blood red, but there seemed to be a sinister chill that didnt match the warmth blood should contain. Ryuk walked forward and entered the mound. Instantly a shadowy figure appeared the figure had beautiful wings and a white robe. With a bright flash the figure moved. Although the figure seemed listless it was quite energetic. Ryuk took out the book cover again and he moved about he tried to shift the environment using his laws to no avail. Ryuk realized he couldn't use laws. The figure took out a talisman and it quickly burnt up the air became turbulent and chased Ryuk. Ryuk swiped down causing a sword aura to rush out. Although Ryuk tried his best he seemed to be unable to enter sword heart. Ryuk muttered as he swiped the book cover in odd ways causing a myriad of patterns to fall on the figure. "Sword heart means acception the sword into your heart and a sign of this is the call of swords. Its implicit and hard to comprehend the true meaning. I'm sure I've accepted the sword into my heart furthermore it should be simple for me especially as my intents are made from my emotions." Thus Ryuk although able to easily win he kept practicing. Ryuk felt his intent was pure and true yet he seemed unable to enter sword heart. Ryuk suddenly had an inspiration "Sword cries? Why does that happen? Right although my intents are my sword I have yet to inherit any intents from the sword. The connection between the sword is a symbiotic one. So far I've simply viewed the sword as a medium in order to express my thoughts my intent. The sword is me and I am the sword. The sword is able to convert my thoughts my emotions into reality because the sword is me. A sword is hollow like a technique only by having myself in it can it be more. Sword heart dosent mean the sword is in your heart rather your heart is in the sword making it more!" Ryuk seemed to change his aura and demeanor more or less the same yet their was an invisible aura around his it seemed liquid able to convert to whichever shape yet that aura was a sword. Ryuk swiped down and the book cover seemed to become a living breathing person identical to Ryuk and it shot out. The figure shattered. Ryuk smiled gently as he had advanced further. No matter what Ryuk used it would become a sword with a heart a emotion. Soon another came with 4 wings. Ryuk realized something and asked Ryo in his ring "Ryo can you and comet absorb the qi here?" Ryo answered "Master we demonic beasts although called demonic absorb beast qi. Although technically we can covert any form of qi into beast qi it isnt very good for us as our bloodlines might be damaged or polluted. Demonic beasts absorb general beast qi as our bloodlines will automatically convert it into a form suitable for us, but if our bloodline does the same with other forms of qi it is very harmful and cant pollute it or damage it. Of course there are exceptions. Similar to Humans who absorb human qi are fine, but if a human absorbs water qi over a long time the human bloodline will be polluted and mutate." Ryuk stunned said "There's something called human qi?" Ryo nodded and said "Human qi is considered mild and not very pure. Furthermore there are myriad forms of qi after all if not how did the first life make all other life its because of the type of qi absorbed. Like the Tyrant dragon race is a True dragon bloodline who's blood has mutated due to Dragon Tyrant qi." Ryuk nodded. "True if it wasnt for the fact I cannot have a Yang body for some reason I wouldn't need to absorb the Yin qi here."

Hours passed then days. Ryuks movements became more and more exquisite and firm his previous inadequacy in combat slowly rose. The enemies he fought were typically those figured with angelic wings, but there were other types like ones the resembled dragons or Goblins which Ryuk had read about in books. Ryuk said in his head "It seems this place is trying to test your prowess in any situation and also instill a combat sense for those winged figures. They must be the Angel race that the demons are at a war with. Angels are the purest form of Yang as Demons are the purest form of Yin."

Ryuk slowly climbed the mound and eventually after 3 months reached an end.

Ryuk now had tuffs of hair on his face his youthful face slowly maturing as did his combat prowess. Ryuk had to take out his swords really 2 months ago and they had dulled quite a bit. Ryuk shook his head and as he stared at the behemoth in front of him "Ai... Is this the Prime race of the angels the seraph race? Six wings, a holy song, The seven horns of calamity... Why am I fighting a fucking full grown royal seraph?! Only full grown Seraph have the ability to bring out their horns, and only the Royals have the ability to bring out all seven... Damn it are you serious?! Full grown Seraphs are equal to immortals even if they dont cultivate! What do you want me to die?!"

Ryuk was in full blown panic he had been using his maximum ability in the last battle against a Large six eyed frog and barely won.

The Seraph raised its hands and the 7 horns rang. Fire and Ice fell the fire wasnt as potent as Ryuks, but it was an earth fire containing the full baleful aura and the ice had a chilling cold. A large burning world fell and Ryuk felt his water which was full of water becoming dry his cells died again and again. A chaotic poison permeated through the air causing Ryuk to vomit and was left with a bitter remainder. Then Ryuk felt an unparalleled Loneliness in a dark world. Ryuk had gone through 4 horns and felt horrid yet he was fine although everything was overpowering it wasn't trying to kill him. A voice echoed "If you have made it up here you must be an Apocalypse demon or some other race who has befriended one of my kin. Either way remember this Apocalypse Demons or you might be powerful and the same can be said about the angel race. Angels seem kind yet they are cruel remember this they are egotistical and smart and you will always be in danger in their presence."

Finally Ryuk understood this wasn't a battle it was a warning one which Angels similarily faced. Suddenly a screen popped up and Ryuk saw many items each without a grading. Ryuk looked and found what he needed Blood fruit. Although there were two of them. One was called demon blood fruit a fruit able to strengthen a demons bloodline or make a non demon a Apocalypse demon and another called Yin Blood fruit. Ryuk thought about it and chose Yin blood fruit as he didn't really want more bloodlines in his body.

As Ryuk chose it he was transported to a mountain with a beautiful gold moon hanging in the sky. The winds were cold and the Willow tree next to him permeated Yin. Ryuk saw a fruit black and red. The red looked like blood flowing around as if the fruit was a body and the black was beautiful like the night sky. Ryuk plucked the fruit and felt the chilling cold permeate his body. Ryuk looked internally and saw his Meridians and marrow freezing his acupoint seemed to be able to control the cold. Ryuk thought it over and decided to first cultivate his body.
